We always have a great experience with JLP, I have used them for years. Darren has now helped us get our mortgage offer on our forever home. It has been a tricky one with an issue on our credit report and porting our original mortgage alongside having to borrow more money. Throughout the whole process, JLP have helped us feel in control and have been knowledgeable and fully transparent. It’s rare to find a company with the knowledge and experience of JLP while also being completely free to use. They are so customer-centric
They are so customer-centric. My case is relatively complicated, involving quite a few people of my family. The combination created more 'options' but confusions as well. JLP helped a lot to provide the best suggestion and approaches. We failed a bit in the beginning due to some limitations or mis-understanding on banks' requirements. JLP did not give up but relentlessly try to find the best alternatives. Eventually we managed to secure a very reasonable mortage offer we need!
