I ordered few products and I had to follow up twice to get an update on the order. And after when I get confirmation that they are ready to collect the store was permanently closed.I then raised request for refund Didn't get the refund yet, it's very frustrating and very unprofessional

No refund for incorrect trainer sent
I ordered 2 pairs of trainers 15th July 2026. The one pair are great but sadly the second pair came in the correct size box but the size of the trainer was incorrect. They were sent back over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund. Extremely disappointing
