I used the Fair Trade Practice to successfully claim back Payment Protection Insurance from a very familiar bank.
From start to finish the FTP was professional, consistent, and thorough in their approach. The CSR who I dealt with was friendly, honest, and very good at setting expectations.
Highly recommended.

Even during the pandemic the company…
Even during the pandemic the company still investigates the mis sold PPI. I have since had 2 payouts. Which has come at a good time for me. I would recommend them to anyone to use. Well worth there cost of getting to the good results. Keep it up

Excellent communication and handling
Excellent communication and handling of all files. Money I never knew I was owed! Yes, the commission is high but what you’re left with is more than you had to start with so was totally worth the process. They made it easy!
