Found a tv on here for a lot less than anywhere else and was amazed by how quick the delivery was, the customer service and the quality of the product.
Would highly recommend!

From start to finish they were helpful in informing me on tv's etc, I was also kept well informed on delivery which was quick and very punctual, great prices as well. Couldn't ask for more I would highly recommend this company for sure.

Bought a graded Samsung soundbar. Delivery was very fast and item was in what appeared to be perfect condition but with a considerable saving, could have been sold as in perfect new condition. Second large purchase from these guys and would look here for future buys.

Ordered online and delivered within 3 days absolutely great service. The soundbar was in its original packaging and was delivered within care. Good communication throughout and I would use again however, what the service is like if something goes wrong I cannot comment as everything went like a dream.

The soundbar was a great price, was as described and came promptly.

I bought a TV from this store, unfortunately it was damaged. I have been waiting for almost a month to get my money back. Very poor communication with the customer service office. I do not recommend this store!!!

I got a Samsung HW-Q990D at an exceptional price! They sold it at the lowest competitive price.
I ordered on late Friday and received it the following Wednesday. I gathered they don't work weekends, which is fine. If I had ordered on early/mid Monday it probably would have still arrived on Wednesday, so expect a 3-4 day delivery.
Speaking of delivery they use a very professional company, that handles the item very well, and has excellent communication.
When I received my item, the box was a bit tattered, and had been opened (presumably by TEW to quality check the device) But the box not damaged to a degree of comprising the item.
After opening the box, everything seemed as if it was brand spanking new, so I'm not sure why the box was opened, then sealed again.
Nonetheless, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and equally as satisfied with the service provided.
I would absolutely recommend buying from The Electronics Warehouse, and will purchase from them again!

Also fast and track delivery!

Using flat screen tv the sound is poor, especially if the actors are whispering. Using the Bluetooth sound bar brought the sound alive you could hear everything that was being said, when dramatic action was taking place and the music enhanced it the sound bar was really good, you hear thing you could never hear before.

Great price, great service and great product! Arrived within 3 days - just what we were after at nearly half the price !!

We got a smart projector - "Samsung The Freestyle (2nd Gen) SP-LFF3CLAXXU Full HD Portable Projector WITH FREE CARRY CASE"
The price was by far the cheapest, even during black Friday sales. We are so happy with the product, it's brilliant for watching TV and streaming, and it projects really big on our walls. We can put it away to keep the space free when not in use so we don't need a TV taking up space. It's easy to set up and use. It connects with our bluetooth speakers but its own sound is pretty good too. Such a good product. Delivery was fine, it arrived within a week, and the projector came with a good quality carry case so it can be transported when traveling.

I ordered a Samsung soundbar on Sunday and it was delivered very quickly on the following Wednesday. It would have been delivered on Tuesday had the Parcelforce delivery man read my access instruction. Geoff from TEW sorted that out for me.

It was a returned product, at least £20 cheaper than elsewhere, and the sound enhancement is wonderful. I can't find anything wrong with it cosmetically or function wise so I can only imagine that the previous owner found it to be incompatible with their TV or that it had a very simple fault that needed repairing.

I may have been lucky here but I found TEW to be most helpful and efficient.

I purchased a genuine Samsung WMN-B50EB Slim Fit Wall bracket, much cheaper than direct from Samsung and other retailers, and was genuinely pleased.

Unfortunately, due to wall construction techniques, I was unable to use the bracket.

I contacted the company by phone - how many companies can you actually SPEAK these days (big plus there), and much appreciated compared to a never ending loop of “available options” or some less than stupid AI chatbot).

The staff member was polite, understanding and referred me to their returns process online which did not require some lengthy process or form filling.

Posted off the item and quickly head back that the refund had been processed.

Based on this overall experience I would recommend The Electronics Warehouse.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless youre happy with a reduced warranty.

I recently purchased a TV from this company which was listed as Graded Stock, Grade A.
I checked their website for what their exact meaning of this was.
Grade A: This TV is in the original box and complete.
The description of their graded stock is as follows, Graded products are items that can no longer be sold by the High Street retailers. These products include end of line/ discounted items, items with damaged packaging, surplus stock and 14 day customer returns.

So mine was Grade A in the original box and complete.
What I didn’t realise & is NOT stated is that they remove the serial numbers from their products both physically removing the stickers & digitally from the menus.
The issue with this is that you CAN NOT register your product with the manufacturer for their free extended warranty.

If id have known this before purchasing id have paid a fraction more from elsewhere so that I could register it for the full 5 year warranty instead of from the electronics warehouse with only 12 months warranty.
