Delivered ahead of schedule, this suited me. Impeccably packed a box of 6 bottles of a hard to find wine and at an excellent price...safely delivered. What more could you ask for at this time of the year?

They allow you to choose a delivery date. I chose one when I could be at home and they confirmed my choice of date. They then delivered two days early, giving me a few hours' notice, so forcing me to cancel an appointment and hurry home. I spoke to them on the phone to let them know how unhelpful this was and they said their automated system just sends items out as soon as possible. This, of course, is completely at odds with their other automated system that allows you to choose your date and promises you they will abide by it. It's all a bit amateurish.

They have a great selection of gins. An added bonus was the order came a day earlier than expected. Wonderful!

Ordered a gift set on here and got damaged in transit..phoned them up and a new one was delivered the next day..excellent customer service.

Superb service and pricing and delivered on time. The texts telling me an eta for delivery was so helpful. I'll be back!

Ordered last Thursday and its not even picked the following Tuesday. Get a grip, shocking service in this day and age!!!

I have placed a number of orders with Drink Shop - usually when my cocktail loving friends ask for something that you can't find anywhere else.

The delivery service is excellent with email updates on orders and text messages prior to delivery. The prices are reasonable and they always have what I'm after, no matter how obscure.

So pleased I ordered from the drink shop. I wanted a quirky, good quality vodka for my husband's birthday. I ordered the crystal head vodka and he was thrilled. To be honest it was a replacement for his last bottle of vodka that I 'accidentally' used to make my home made, hand picked, blackcurrant vodka. This one seemed to make up for my 'error' and was here in a flash. Thank you for maintaining married bliss.
