Class yoghurt
I have the greek recipe every day with my breakfast, great yoghurt! Filling and creamy, love they're organic too!!
Lovely product
Lovely product, for reduced fat it was very tasty and had substance.
Inadequate
The customer service provided was inadequate.
I contacted this company two weeks ago regarding the organic Greek-style yoghurt I have purchased for many years. Two of the 950g tubs had unusual mould-like markings on the pull-away film. I had not encountered this issue previously and therefore contacted them by phone and email. They confirmed that it could be an airborne harmless mould and would send me vouchers as an apology.
I provided all the requested details and have not received a response for nearly three weeks nor a reply to my follow-up email.

I managed to visit Yeo Valley HQ and what a place. I always picked up Yeo products when shopping as I know they are always good, and saw on the side of pack about it being a real place. It was amazing you can eat there and enjoy all the range from the staff shop. It is still family owned as well which I did not realise as it is so big
Yeoken promo competitions seem weird..
Yoghurts and kefir - taste lovely; granola - a bit too sweet but ok.
Now YEOKENS - we got free coffee every few months so that is cool but as for their awards? I have been entering DAILY, incl once over 600 (!) yeokens.. and let's just say we have never won anything in 2.5 YEARS of entering tens and hundreds of yeokens.. so ... sadly doubtful someone ever wins.. products are ok, tad expensive and so the marketing with yeoken prizes works - you buy them to win... but do you ever? Maybe one day we will :)
Just trying Yeo valley organic kefir…
Just trying Yeo valley organic kefir Madagascar vanilla... It's so bad that I want to leave review. It basically tastes as drinkable yogurt the texture flavour and consistency is really poor. Wouldn't buy again nor recommend to anyone.
Misleading and deceiving.
Like many others on here, I banked 3 times within a few weeks thinking i could redeem against a cafe nero drink. My last bank was early feb, I then logged in to find that they have now added "dates" to the banking process meaning from the 6th of feb, it "restarts" and that the codes I banked in January are now useless! This is deceptive and false advertising as these dates were not specified when I banked. I'm going to complain to the advertising standards authority as this is misleading and false advertising and i suggest everyone else who has been duped by this company do the same.
Worst quality
This is not my first negative experience. I previously raised a complaint regarding a foreign object found inside one of your products. That complaint was neglected and dismissed. To now find mold in a product which was opened on 11th March and next day there was mold grown suggests a recurring lapse in your quality control and food safety protocols.
I HAVE STOPPED BUYING YEO VALLEY…
I HAVE STOPPED BUYING YEO VALLEY PRODUCTS. I FEEL THE QUALITY IS NO LONGER THERE. THE YEOKENS ARE A JOKE AND WHERE IS THE LOYALTY REWARDS FOR CONSUMERS. THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER VERY GOOD YOUGURTS, CEREALS ECT ON THE MARKET THAT ARE BETTER QUALITY. ID ALSO LOVE TO ASK THE QUESTION? HAS ANYONE EVER WON ANY "PRIZES" ON THEIR SITE. AFTER YEARS OF BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS I NEVER EVER WON ANYTHING

Love the yoghurt but the yeokins are a waste of time and I resent taking the trouble to bank them when they can’t even offer money off the next purchase, only tat that nobody wants or needs.
Sharp packaging
I want to mention the poor packaging on the 4 X 100g yogurts. When pulling apart the yoghurts, the plastic is extremely sharp and I have drawn blood on one occasion. Having clear recyclable pots is very admirable, but softer plastic would be easier to separate and be less of a battle!
Pathetic offer of ONE Nero coffee per 6 months
Update: their offer is that if you collect 3 tokens you get a free Nero coffee. But you are only allowed ONE Nero coffee per 6 months period. What kind of a pathetic offer is that? Why not be able to keep buying Yeo products and collect the tokens for more Nero coffee?? You were better off not having a Nero coffee reward at all as 1 coffee per 6 months sounds so pathetic it has actually put me off buying Yeo valley products altogether!!

Loyalty scheme, non existent ,rewards are not genuine, none exists, they could change but fail to listen to their customers
You need to make a different pot shape
You need to make a different pot shape for children's yogurts, spoons do not fit in the square shape

Yeokens are a total and utter waste of time. For over a year now it just says ‘no offers at the moment, come back soon’. Obviously they’re not interested as there are no replies on here so as a customer that’s me done. Plenty more brands deserve my custom
Hosting cruel fox hunting
I wrote to Yeo Valley to express concern that one of their farmers Simon Tomlinson of The Farm in Malmesbury is a supporter of fox hunting, hosting hunts on his land. The reply from Yeo Valley was really disappointing, taking no responsibility and pushing the issue to cooperatives they work with. That's not good enough Yeo Valley. Lots of people do not want products linked to supporters / enablers of animal cruelty. I won't be buying any more Yeo Valley products.
The Yeo valley yoekens rewards are a scam
The Yeo valley yoekens rewards are a scam. How is this allowed to continue?
Customer Service has always been first…
Customer Service has always been first class with Yeo Valley ... however my recent experience was far from that. It felt as though I were on trial. Impersonal, unhelpful and vwry unpleasant. Extremely disappointing after years of supporting their brand.

I feel the effort of collecting and entering the numbers is not rewarded by the "rewards" I don't want T shirts aprons, at very high price advertising yeo valley. The other bits on offer are not worth the effort. I thought maybe get money off their goods in shops, far better for me.

Been buying Yeo valley Greek yogurt for over a year now for morning smoothies. Since January they have smelled off and taste so sour, my son who does the same who lives 4 hours away is also finding this problem be it bought from Co op Tesco or Morrisons. I phoned customer service and was told thanks for letting us know. What’s gone wrong with Yeo Valley?
