I usually wonder whether these are "real" reviews... trust me, this one is. While looking for a specific device, I learned that US citizens are having problems purchasing direct from the manufacturers. I came across a recommended authorized seller. The Crypto Merchant was able to provide me with the product I needed at a discounted price, while these are limited everywhere else. it also came extremely quick.

I bought a Trezor model T from them, and it was defective. I emailed and the next morning got a response that they were sending a replacement. They asked for a screen shot of the Trezor screen, and then told me no need to return it! Due to personal circumstances, I didn't try to use the replacement until after the 30 day return. I had trouble setting it up and thought it might be defective. Emailed, and early the next morning I got a response from Gabe who called me and walked me through the set up. Outstanding. They are one of the few authorized resellers of Trezor (most on Amazon are not...that is a real security concern of mine). I won't buy crypto hardware from anyone else. Recommend beyond highly.
