This agency is very unprofessional , they constantly ignore your messages , calls , and often when you do manage get through to them they promise to call you back with job offers but never do , avoid Dartford The Best Connection at all costs if i could give less then 0 star review i would waste of time , don’t even bother with them, never ever in 10 years time since i been in uk met agency what lies that much and breaks there promises . You are agency for a reason to help people get jobs not make empty promises you should be ashamed of yourselfs .

I have worked for many Best Connection agencies in England - very good memories, except for Eastbourne Best Connection. This is the worst agency. There is a vacancy for a driver, I come to them, a girl comes out asking for contacts and says - we will call back because there is no manager. I wait 2-3 days, no contact. I come again, now a different girl and everything repeats. Why do you give vacancies and we come to you because we need a job and not just like that. Do not waste time on this lazy agency

I didn't have any issues with the firm
I didn't have any issues with the firm. There's a girl called Alex that deals with the james and james contract. All she does is lies. She tells everybody that starts it's Monday to Friday. But I was lucky to get 3 days a week heard her telling new starters that's its 100%Monday to Friday while I was at work on Thursday for the first time that week. Don't believe a word She says.

My Experience with Best Connections
Since I started my new job a month ago at DHL in Banbury through the Best Connections. Chloe and Dawn have been very helpful with any questions or inquiries I had regarding the job and my time sheets . I would highly recommend The Best Connections to my family and friends as an excellent recruitment agency.

Waste of time and money
I was booked in for an interview today seemed all well and good, drove over an hour only to find out that the company was never aware of an interview at all! As the person on reception said nothing was arranged at this end. What a complete waste of time and money, felt like an absolute idiot thanks to this agency!

HGV driver review
I have been working for the best connection on and off since 2018, more recently since November 2024. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the team. They have always given me work and are a honest and trustworthy agency to work for. The best connection recently secured me a temp to perm position as a HGV class 1 driver. I recommend the best connection to anyone looking to work for an agency.

I have been with best connection for 19…
I have been with best connection for 19 months now and needed to speak with Jane from Yardley in Birmingham as I had a query and yet again nothing is too much trouble for her, issue solved within 1 minute, I always ask for Jane if I have to ring up as she solves my concerns or issues.Jane is always happy to help and it’s nice to have a chin wag with her. My pay has been correct every Friday, never been wrong, holidays dealt with never any stress. Overall I don’t have any plans with leaving Best Connection.
