Agency Staff
I just like to thank Tom/Chris and Ieva from the Derby branch for all of there support in supplying us with staff for the Nespresso contract and for our Heineken contract throughout 2024.Lets hope that 2025 is the same as 2024 as we have many jobs in the pipeline for 2025 and bestconnection will be my first point of call for agency staff.

TIME WASTING AND LIED FROM THE START
The best connection wasted hours of my time and asked for bank details before a job placement has been found for me I will be honest it seems that they don't care about people. It's your loss and the company 25 years experience cleaning and you give the role to a female with only 3 years experience you have no clear idea how to fill a cleaning role for a major food company if giving the position to someone who has no previous experience in a similar role it seems a very weird thing to do especially when the other candidate was from Cambridgeshire. The first time I tried for work with this Agency and this is only my experience.

Derby branch
Been dealing with Chris, Tom, Rich and Ieva at the Derby branch for a few years now. Provided us with some good staff during that time and are a pleasure to deal with. Never had any issues with them and all are very personable and professional!

Walsall Branch - Jack
Jack at the Walsall branch has been supplying us with an agency driver for our lorry for over 2 years. He has always been helpful in checking what our requirements are. Also he has visited our site so he understands the needs of the business. He replies to emails promptly and liaises with the staff and is prepared to negotiate if we have certain requests regarding hours and pay.

We've been working with the Nottingham branch of The Best Connection since October, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service they've provided. We're located in quite a remote area and initially faced challenges in finding a reliable temp who could handle the work and the commute however, the Nottingham team at The Best Connection went above and beyond to understand our needs and found us a dependable and hardworking temp who has been a perfect fit for our team.
Communication with the agency has been seamless, and they've been very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!
