I found some really old tokens, and didn’t think for a moment I’d be able to use them. Kay, the Customer Service & Operations Coordinator, sorted it within minutes of my enquiry. The kind of exemplary customer care that you don’t think exists any more. Wonderful- wouldn’t hesitate to buy these as gifts.

I had a large pack of very old theatre tokens - I got in touch with Theatre Tokens and they immediately reissued the tokens in an up to date form which I have now been able to use without difficulty - excellent service !

I cannot begin to tell you how superb Theatre Tokens are. Their customer services are second to none, following an issue with Royal Mail losing tickets and Theatre Tokens replacing them. Honestly, in a world where excellent customer services are often lacking from companies, Theatre Tokens shine. They deserve a standing ovation! Thank you so much. Philip

AVOID 3rd party resellers
If you must buy these buy direct.
We were gifted £150 of these tokens but when we checked they were worth £0!!! Apparently the third party - Prista went into administration and never put any money onto card even though it carried on trading well beyond the date our card was created.
So beware- Theatre Tokens company allows other organisations (third party retailers)to trade these tokens and issue cards to use to reclaim.
BUT the contract is with the third party- no back to back agreement with Theatre Tokens in place to honour the credit put on THEIR token card !
Seemingly Theatre Tokens aren't keeping a close eye on who is selling their token cards. So Theatre Tokens share some of the responsibility for this mess.

Incredibly quick to sort out the problem and help me! Really lovely about it too.

Buying the tokens was easy and efficient. Using them has not been. ATG need you to call them to use the tokens as they are not their own and I have been holding, with AWFUL music, for over 25 minutes just to get a human. Rudely it keeps telling me to book on line but you can't...because you have vouchers. ATG need to change their systems to use these theatre tokens. The booking I have been trying to make on line has timed out many times whilst I've been holding. Very poor service for something that should be straightforward and after all the theatre will get your money in the end.

Well, after 45 minutes of holding I am giving up. Shame on you ATG for making it so difficult to use these Theatre Tokens.

I experienced some difficulty with some Theatre Tokens. I inadvertently scratched off the panel with the PIN code. I contacted Theatre tokens. Kay Adams-Ripley, Customer Service and Operations Co-ordinator managed to cancel my token card and issue and e-replacement immediately. Her professional, prompt actions ensured that I could immediately obtain tickets for a much sought-after production, without delay. Very impressed with the professional, prompt service I received.

The customer service team were very quick to respond to my query and helpful too in telling me how to use my old tokens 😃👍🏻

Contacted Henry at theatre tokens. Could not have been more helpful. I had found old tokens. He not only was quick in telling me which ones were useable but when on one the pin wasn’t unreadable he replaced it immediately. Thank you Henry. Fantastic service.

We lost our tokens after uploading them and couldn’t seem to get them back. Wrote an email and received such a quick response and our vouchers re sent. Absolutely brilliant service! Cannot recommend highly enough !!

Got an email with a link for a prize draw that didn’t work. Theatre Tokens replied to my email within 10 minutes with the correct link so am now entered.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a gift card that had been purchased through a third party company, and theatre tokens were so helpful in resolving the issue (especially Henry). Delighted with the service I received after contacting them. Will definitely use again.
