I had accidentally put an incorrect email for the voucher and they were able to correct it quickly with no fuss. Very good service.

Excellent service. I was able to get a new e-token to replace an old, unused card one on my account that I'd lost. All sorted within 24 hours.

So so good to find a company that honours the money paid to them when buying a gift for someone else, even if it's decades later. I found £110 of vouchers from 12 years ago and they were so very helpful and personable in helping me validate and use the vouchers. Brilliant customer service and company with real integrity.

We lost the original token & realised that the account didn’t give the full token number, no account number either. I began to wonder what the point of the account was.
Then along came Kay A-R from customer services. Within 5 mins I had the original email with the token number & a separate email explaining what had been sent. In today’s world of online/app attempts at customer service, which personally I find extremely annoying & not at all useful, it is so nice to find a company with proper customer service and people who do their job efficiently!

I had a problem and the answer came within 24 hours. Superb customer service.

We had some old paper tokens (c2010) which I tried to use but the scratch-off bit had degraded and couldn't be read. I emailed Theatre Tokens and it was all resolved within an hour, which was fantastic! Kay replaced them with an electronic token, which I then redeemed without problem. Thank you!!

I found a number of legacy tokens as we were clearing out and, having looked at the process online, I sent off an email with scans of the tokens - probably more in hope than expectation.
Within half an hour of my email, I had received a reply from Kay Adams-Ripley who sorted it all out and issued eGifts that I can now use to take my wife to the theatre. Of course, the fact that the matter was resolved is pleasing but it is the engagement with Kay that made the whole experience fantastic. Kay's responses were quick, courteous, professional, thoughtful and on point. Outstanding customer service.

An excellent service. I had to cancel my tokens and get replacements because the recipient had lost them unfortunately - Kay dealt with my request - and did so by return - she was efficient, effective, prompt and courteous.

Henry Dickinson was absolutely amazing. I mistakenly changed paper vouchers for a single voucher but for the wrong venue. Henry kindly cancelled the voucher with the venue and allocated me a new voucher for use in a West End theatre. There was excellent communication throughout and he was able to correct my mistake with time and professionalism thus resolving my problem immediately. Superb service. Highly recommend. Really helpful and prompt response. Superb.

I lost a theatre gift record. I wrote to them. Within 24 hours, not only had they acknowledges my email, they said they would sort it... and did by the next day when I received a replacement gift theatre token. Kay was the Customer Service Administrator who assisted me. Her email was excellent. Outstanding service.

I have used Theatre Tokens for many years and they are the best. Any problem is solved immediately and my son in Australia is relieved to send me my most wanted presents for Christmas and birthdays which never expire.
