Pushed my order to £72 for free three day delivery 3 days later no delivery its now sat so wont be tomorrow so im guessing hoping monday ??? what the &^%£ is the point of saying 3 days when its 5 ???

No idea about the products as delivery still not received.
Ordered the 31/8, have now been quoted 8/9

I have been using this store for well over 10 years now and have never been disappointed. They have a wide range of quality goods and every order I have ever placed has been 100% complete with no missing items.

Great range of products and super fast delivery - items dispatched within a day! Was really happy with my purchase and the quality and range of products are fab. Would definitely recommend and will be buying again in future

Great range and service from the store. After about 20 years I have to switch to other suppliers. Why? I always chose Parcelforce who were perfect. Unfortunately they have chosen to exclude Parcelforce and instead use FedEx. I waited in all day today for my order. It never arrived. Now they want me to stay in all day tomorrow for my order. You kidding? This is 2024. Good bye.

I only tend to leave reviews if I receive exceptional or really poor service.

The Staff at Home Brew Hop Shop have been absolutely fantastic. I've only recently started brewing & I ordered a few bits & pieces to help get me started. The service I got was excellent; but more impressive than that was the responses I got to my requests for advice. Nathan has been incredibly helpful and I'm extremely grateful for him sharing his wisdom with me, he's very knowledgeable and always extremely helpful.

Very well packaged, speedy delivery and a good price.

Opened a new account (May 2024) and have just received my first order. Very quickly dispatched and delivered by DHL. The packing was first class and all the items were very well protected. Will definitely buy from them again. I can recommend 100%.

What amazing service! I ordered 2 wine kits, one of which leaked in transit. I contacted them via their web-form and received an email less than an hour later to say that a replacement had been shipped. Sure enough, a couple of hours later I received an email from DHL to say that they had received the package, and it’s on its way.
Why can’t all businesses be this way?

This is my third order with The Home Brew Shop. Once again, really happy with my experience.

What I got:
4 Thomas Cooper beer kits, brewing ingredients and some bottling equipment

What went well:
Great range of products, competitive prices and free delivery over 72GBP. Website is a bit basic, but functional, responsive and easy to navigate. My delivery was rapidly dispatched, accurately picked, well packaged and received in perfect condition

What could have been better:
The odd item out of stock, but, that said I was able to find alternatives.

Will I be back:
You bet!

Lovely stuff quality goods just what I ordered

Mash Tun looks great but the 60 ltr kettle even better
Not a mark on the kettle by the way its because of they the way it was boxed cheers guys

If you let them know that you have problems with delivery's they will rap the goods a lot more in boxes or bubble rap to over come this..

If you speak to Paul or there team about anything that gets damaged / broken within guarantee or delivery they will just send another or resolve the problem no probs..

Ordered a lot over the last 2 years no probs what's so ever and no I'm not lucky its because this place cares..

I have telephoned / emailed Paul and just recently got Paul to send instructions on the brew kettle being that, I've only just gone to grain..

He emailed me back no probs with instructions.. They know that people like me are beginners and need a little help.....

I have not used the Mill yet either,,, just getting setup with everything takes time

But I thought I would again write another review because we in this country are quick to condemn people / business but not quick on getting praise where its due...

Having used other home brew suppliers in the past I have found these guys to be cheaper and also better stocked than others, they had everything I needed in one go. I ordered at 15:06 on Thursday 8th Feb and it arrived via ParcelForce before 10:00 on Friday 9th Feb. That's less than 24 hours. Can't fault them.

During our recent conversation, I appreciated your extensive knowledge and your intention to educate. However, I encountered challenges with the yeast's fermentation process, resulting in the need to purchase from an alternative source to salvage the beer. Understandably, these situations can arise, and I view it as a natural occurrence.
While I acknowledge the overall quality of your products, it seems this particular batch faced difficulties. I am not seeking reimbursement for incurred expenses; instead, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention for consideration. They used to be brilliant not sure if they have been taken over by another company but very unhelpful and quite sarcastic male staff member I spoke with this morning to enquire about an out of stock item will be taking my regular order elsewhere.

Hi was looking around for a king keg my local shop wanted £72 which is a fair price these guys are selling the same for 52 so that and a beer kit free delivery over 65 and 2 day postage 5 stars super experience will be buy again

Visited in person and found a vast range of kit and knowledgeable staff. Discussed options and felt informed. Best of all, no feeling of pressure sales - more like a chat with a well-informed and experienced home-brew enthusiast.

Everything fantastic , price quality fast delivery, dont believe the stories of some people that claim the company should do more about delivery, i sell a lot and once the parcel is out of our hands its not our fault.they use the best service by far and the most expensive. i would recommend highly
