Excellent response to legitimate complaint
Online I ordered some aromatic Breton salt from The Real Food Company. E-mail communication from them was very good and the little tub I had ordered was sent swiftly. However it was squashed in the postal system and all the contents had burst out. I complained and The Real Food Company's response was quick, professional and generous. Without question, they refunded all my expense - including p&p. If only all companies responded to legitimate complaints like that!
