I can't see that we have been notified of this, so I was keen to get this swiftly resolved.
I can confirm as per your request that 4 bottles have been re-shipped today via DPD after the previous orders have got lost in transit.
These should arrive with you in the next 24-48 hours.
Please note if at any point you don't wish to keep 4 bottles in stock you can return them within 60 days for a full refund.

good fast service
Sent me the wrong PAT tester - easy mistake to make and I had been using it for over a month before I noticed so was worried they would not replace it, however I emailed with photos and a few emails later their courier exchanged it for the correct one the very next day no expense no drama just good service.
