Shuttle bus from Milan Bergamo Airport to Milano
I took the bus from Milan Bergamo Airport to Milano Centrale Station on Tuesday, July 22, at 3:40 PM. The driver was extremely unprofessional. We got stuck in traffic, and out of four lanes, ours was the only one that was not moving. Despite this, the driver did not even consider changing to another lane. After almost an hour of either standing still or moving only a few meters, one of the passengers suggested that the driver switch lanes. The driver reacted quite angrily and unprofessionally, but eventually changed lanes and we continued our journey. By that point, we were already significantly behind the scheduled arrival time. A professional bus driver should be able to assess traffic conditions and make appropriate decisions without having to be prompted by passengers. I found this level of service extremely unprofessional.

Overcharged by staff at Milan Malpensa & refund denied
The cashier at Milan Malpensa charged me for 2 adults instead of 1 by mistake. She told me to travel and email support for a €16 refund. When I did, support refused to refund me and hid behind a 'ticket validated' excuse, ignoring their own staff's error and instructions!"

Hi im Ana Giles a customer in Rome Italy. Termini station. I just bought a ticket to Ciampino Airport and when I buy it it tells me that it goes. Then he tells me that he is going to Fumicino and I told him Ciampino after charging me £18 I tell him to get on the other bus because they are from the same COMPANY and that one if he goes to Ciampino and tells me YOU HAVE TO SELL YOUR TICKET TO SOMEONE WHO GOES! And he doesn't give me another solution. The seller was a man of 30 to 35 years old, average height and of Chinese or Japanese descent. It's a total scam that he doesn't want to reimburse me when I explicitly told him CIAMPINO AIRPORT. I had to buy from the following company. Because your company didn't even let me board the one that was going in the direction of Ciampino knowing that it was a mistake of yours!
I want a refund of my money that was paid by card. Because it was a mistake of yours and the treatment you gave me was the worst. No application without empathy even knowing that my husband and I said CIAMPINO AIRPORT and on top of that mocking our situation both sellers the other with braided hair who told me that that bus was going to Ciampino.

We would like to reassure you that the Customer Services team's response is fully aligned with the company's policy. According to this policy, passengers holding lower-fare tickets who wish to travel on a different departure are required to purchase a new valid ticket.
The original lower-fare ticket, having remained unused, was eligible for a refund and has indeed been refunded. By contrast, a ticket that has been used for travel is not eligible for a refund.
We would also like to confirm that online fares are more advantageous than those available at the ticket office, as highlighted by the message on our website: "Book online and save." We strive to ensure that fare conditions are clearly communicated before purchase.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
