I lost something on the Bus and…
I lost something on the Bus and contacted them per Email..it says they take about 3-5 days to answer. 10 days later i still wait for them to answer if they found my personal item :(. Just tell me if you found it or not????

Almost missed our flight
Almost missed our flight — 25+ minute delay with zero communication
Booked Milan Centrale → Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) for 25 July 2026, 5 passengers with three checked bags. The bus departed Piazza IV Novembre more than 25 minutes late.
At no point did any staff member announce the delay, explain the cause, or give an estimated departure time. Passengers were left guessing. We had a 20:45 flight and Ryanair's bag drop closes 40 minutes before departure — we made it, but only barely, and only because we were prepared to abandon the bus and take a taxi.
The advertised journey time means nothing if the departure itself is unreliable and nobody tells you what is happening. A single announcement would have let passengers make an informed decision.
If you are catching a flight, plan as though this bus will leave 30 minutes late, or take a taxi.
