Tenpin Coventry is easy reach from Coventry city centre, Kenilworth, Rugby and across the West Midlands. With modern bowling lanes and lane lighting, we’re a great spot for families, groups and student nights in one of the Midlands’ biggest cities. And it’s not just bowling. We’ve got laser tag in our 4D arena, karaoke rooms, escape rooms for the problem-solvers and a full arcade. Hungry? Our kitchen serves burgers, loaded fries and pizzas, with a fully licensed bar pouring cocktails and pints while Sky Sports and TNT play live. Family days out, birthday parties, student nights, work socials, cheap weekday bowling deals — fun for kids big and small. Bowling in Coventry, sorted.

Staff not interested. Ordered drinks on app had to wait 15 minutes then go and get them myself and staff said never received order but screwed up a piece of paper from printer when I asked. Multiple machines don't give tickets that it says on machine. Manager just said not our machine. Another machine ran out of tickets told member of staff 10 minutes later went again then 5 minutes later again. Then asked to speak to manager who eventually got a member of staff to sort and gave extra tickets thinking this would make the situation better. Manager not visible the whole 2 hours was there and apparently was doing fire risk assessment (her own words)

Bowling was fun and laser quest was great however I ordered drinks to my table and it took ever an hour to come, we had to ask the bar staff who were waiting for the manager to bring milk which took ages as we watched her take it over eventually, then carried on waiting and when it didn’t arrive spoke to the manager who said she didn’t know what table it was because of system problems. After booking lazer quest the staff didn’t know who was sorting it and that took a while waiting around, they seem under staffed and miss managed. Lots of arcade games were also broken and no staff to help.

We had to be moved twice to two different lanes because the balls kept getting jammed on their return to the blower. The manager was kind enough to give us vouchers to return, free of charge

We celebrated my son’s birthday there. When I made the booking over the phone, I was told there would be party bags for the guests, but later it turned out that there were only party bags for the birthday child.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a lady at reception who clearly didn’t know what she was doing (which is understandable — she may have been new and still in training). After that, another staff member came over. I asked her if she could put the cake in a fridge because the weather was warm and it was starting to melt, but she refused, which left a bad impression on me. Overall, those two staff members were very rude.
What I did like was that there was something for everyone — some people could play pool, others enjoyed the soft play area or bowling. There was something for everyone.”

We all had a great time! When the barrier stopped working the staff were quick to try and fix and when taking to long moved us to the next lane swiftly. Our only problem was the food. It was very dry and very plain and even though we ordered drinks to our lane they came halfway through our food.
Booking process was easy to use.

Bowling is very expensive per game per person. No shoe hire required if wearing trainers. Computerised displays and bowling balls are new, so this is great. Would never eat a burger there again, would have been ok had it not been highly salted with cheap table salt. I'd bowl again, but have a burger elsewhere. Soft drinks also are pricey! Staff helpful and friendly.

When we finished playing ten-pin bowling, we wanted to try the other machines where you insert coins to play and collect tickets to win prizes. One of the machines had an error, and I wanted to report it to a member of your staff.
She was winding tickets on a machine at the time, so I approached her politely and said, “Excuse me.” She did not respond. I said, “Excuse me” again, and she still did not respond. I then said it a little louder, thinking she might not have heard me. Suddenly, she yelled at me, saying, “Could you stop saying ‘excuse me’ out loud? I’m a brain stroke patient!”
It was very embarrassing for me, and it affected me quite deeply. I was not even able to sleep that night after the incident. I hope your staff will be more polite towards customers in the future.

No Air conditioning - was very warm inside and could tell people were visibly struggling (noticeably bar staff) which may explain why bar staff were not very friendly

Lane 8 was faulty.
We had to move lanes.
The drinks ordered arrived at the lane 50 mins after ordering.

Booking info advised one person would be attending in a wheel chair. When I attended the booking desk I asked which lane was suitable and was advised all lanes fully accessible. Also was told disability access toilet was locked and was given a key to use.
At arrival once parked there is a kerb to go up to enter the doors-this maybe an issue for some wheelchair users. All bowling lanes are wide enough but there is a small step down to the bowling lane from the seating floor-anyone in a mechanized wheelchair would struggle to get past the seating and the step -my friend had a manual wheelchair fortunately. The disability access toilet was locked but anyone with a radar key can use it-this needs to be advised to customers

Not enough staff last night. Needed help as our lanes kept saying error but nobody around so went to the desk and spoke to a lady who just pointed at the manager who was sat on the table behind on a laptop and just said “speak to the manager she’s there”. That wasn’t my job to do that, she should have done that.
Also at the same desk I waited around 5 minutes to be seen when there were 4 members of staff just standing there talking they could clearly see I was waiting to be seen. Not a very nice time last night which is a shame because we go hear quite a lot with our little boy and it was his 7th birthday too but I spent more time hanging around waiting to be served that I did actually bowling.

Staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there. No energy, not helpful. Didn’t give much information regarding the Laser tag considering it was our first time. Not very engaging.
Other than the staff the place is great
