Ordered 3 mattresses and 1 divan base 2 of these mattresses were for my grandchildren’s bunk beds who live in Oxfordshire so these were not used until they visited in the summer holidays one these had the springs rattling inside after a arduous process via WhatsApp I was informed that I needed to contact them within 14 days no consideration and especially no human contact just legal speak I recommend you read the Terms and Conditions before you do anything

The bed was in good condition. Delivery in time.e 2 /3 days.

Excellent service. Ordered two beds and they were delivered the same evening. I was constantly kept up to date with timings. Beds are great and I will be ordering from this company again.

Think most of these reviews are fake,as my experience has been absolutely shocking ,ordered a bed Tuesday night was told its getting delivered Wednesday......Wednesday comes delivery moved to Thursday, Thursday comes get a phone call its
Getting delivered between 4-6 gets to 2 o clock phone call oh we no longer have the bed you ordered in stock ,we do have one that's £30 dearer tho,to which I'd declined was told they'd get back to me each they obviously didn't ,appalling behaviour from a company that over a 4* rating

It was easy to place the order. I ordered at 18.00 the divan and materass arrived at 21.30 the following evening. Very helpful delivery people and other staff.

No delivery, no refund
I ordered my bed. The delivery guy proposed a delivery between 9pm and 11pm. I said no, and that i wanted a delivery in normal working hours. I live in a remote area and i am a pensioner so i did not want people knocking my door late at night. they proposed another delivery, same delivery times. I cancelled the order. I have messaged the delivery guy (no response) and i have messaged your company directly (no response). I have asked for a refund. I have received no replies. this is appalling customer service.

From placing the order to delivery, I was happy with the professional customer service of this company. The bed was extremely good value for money, and the delivery drivers carried the bed into quite a small space with ease. Thank you for your brilliant service

Once ordered had a quick response and kept in contact when order was dispatched. The guys who delivered was brilliant and kept me updated on the time of arrival. The bed is comfy sturdy and spacious for what I need. Ordered the plush velvet grey king size with chesterfield headboard and mattress. Excellent price.

I paid for a bed with mattress and headboard I didn’t receive the headboard I have been fighting for them to send me one out as they took my money I’ve messaged numerous different people going around in circles csnt get through on the phone just rings they have been blanking me I woouldnt recommend this company as they take your money then fob you off they are trading under different numbers and names avoid them

Delivery was frustrating, as the time kept changing from the original 4 pm slot and was eventually suggested for 1 am, which I declined. The bed arrived the following day at around 5:30 pm instead of the agreed 2–4 pm slot.I was also unhappy that the driver wanted payment in cash before bringing the bed inside. However, the bed itself is very comfortable, especially the sprung mattress.

I just received my bed and I’m really happy with it. The build quality is solid and it looks great. The orthopedic mattress in particular is top-notch — very comfortable and gives great support. Highly recommend this seller. Great job!
