I hope the company sees this and takes action. I had good experiences in the past hence I went again, for third time, to buy from you. Bed delivered is not at all as the one in catalogue, very thin and flimpsy and not even same colour, the seller keep saying is the same. Shame on you, where is your return policy. If you make a mistake, fix it

Great company. I ordered in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day which in my opinion is a great service. The bed was as described, and the delivery men kept in touch regarding time of arrival. I will absolutely use this company again. I cannot recommend enough.

I order a single divan bed and it is really good. their quality of product and delivery service is appreciatable.

Bed was delayed by a day but good quality bed and mattress and communication was really good even with the delay. Happy with purchase and would use again. Delivery men were very helpful and accommodating too and gave accurate time frames for delivery.

Disgusting behaviour to whoever it was I spoke to over the phone. He ended the phone call and would not listen to me whilst I asked him to cancel the order as they planned to send a completely different bed to what I had ordered.
Sounds like a scam of a company.
Please be aware and don’t fall for scams like this company.

Order #2530563 - Failed delivery last night. Company has now ghosted all calls and messages and their complaints line is disconnected. Avoid.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and I was kept updated on time and even a phone call to let me know they were nearby. The delivery gentlemen were very polite and on time .I have assembled the bed its same as described there and is of very good quality i am more than happy with mattress quality. If i have to shop anything else will definitely come here again.
