There is something seriously concerning about my experience with this service, and I feel it is important to share it so that others can make an informed decision before placing an order.

I recently placed an order and, after enquiring about delivery via their WhatsApp platform, I discovered that they did not actually have the item available. This information was not communicated to me proactively; I had to find out myself.

They subsequently offered me an alternative. However, after seeing a picture of the alternative, I declined and requested a refund. Following an attempt to persuade me to accept the alternative, they eventually confirmed that my refund request would be passed on to their accounts department.

Since then, despite repeated attempts to contact them by email, telephone and WhatsApp, I have received no meaningful response and am still waiting for my refund.

What is particularly concerning is the disparity between the positive reviews displayed on Trustpilot and my actual experience of how the company has engaged with me as a customer. Based on my experience, the two simply do not appear to add up.

I can also see from some of the other reviews that I am not the only customer who appears to have experienced similar issues, particularly around orders, communication and refunds. This makes my experience even more concerning.

I am still actively pursuing the return of my money. If I am forced to take further legal action to recover my funds, I will also seek to recover any reasonable legal costs incurred as a result.

I strongly encourage anyone considering using this service to do thorough due diligence before making any payment. My experience has raised serious concerns, and I would not want anyone else to find themselves in the same position.

Please exercise caution, review both the positive and negative feedback carefully, and make sure you are fully satisfied with the company and its practices before proceeding with an order.

Ordered in the morning arrived late evening same day. Delivery guys were polite and helpful. All in all a class act. The bed looks great really pleased.

Needed a bed quick, asked them directly after purchase can I get next day delivery as i literally don't have a bed. The bed came same day, absolutely spot on service, top bed too, easy fast and quality.

Cant complain for the money. Good value. Came with a mattress too.
They phoned me, like they said they would 3 hours before. Then phoned me again saying they were outside turned up even earlier than they said. Not a problem. The delivery guys even bought it in doors for me. Thank you guys.

Best experience ever didn't force me into getting something I didn't even need got the perfect bed for me and the wife haven't changed our bed for around 10 years and last night was the best sleep we've hade in ten years thank you so much to Chris and the team

Ordered a bed and when delivered looked fine. Went to assemble the headboard and there was no thread in the holes on one side on divan base and headboard. Other side went in fine but company will not take ownership of this and said they won’t mounting about it and that I have damaged it! How can I damage the thread inside the holes for the screws if there wasn’t any to start with. Disgusting customer service

Avoid. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I ordered a bed and mattress from this company. The mattress was not as described and had visible marks on it when opened. After properly inspecting the bed, I also found issues with that and provided video evidence.

Instead of arranging a return and refund, I was offered either a replacement mattress or £20 compensation to keep the existing one.

I made it clear several times that I did not want a replacement or compensation. I wanted to return the faulty/not-as-described items for a full refund.

The company then refused to arrange collection and refused the full refund. I have repeatedly confirmed that the bed and mattress are available for collection.

They have also tried to rely on the fact that I initially said the bed appeared fine. What they conveniently leave out is that the delivery took place at around 11pm, I accepted the delivery and then left the property. The issues were raised once I had the opportunity to properly inspect everything.

I supplied the requested video evidence, tried to resolve it directly with them and have now had to raise a dispute with my card provider.

The whole process has been unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this company again.

Sooo. After buying mattress and have wrong size delivered no answer for a phonecalls bo message back.

Basically left with useless mattress and no answer. But cash is the king, cash cash cash, so transaction cant be tracked and charge back cant be done.

Everything is fine but did feel sorry for the driver being by himself trying to lift a kingsize bed by himself luckily my dad was here to give him a hand.

The two lads that deliver where very polite and helpful. Same day delivery service and the beds are very comfortable we were very happy with the way everything when well done and thank you

I hope the company sees this and takes action. I had good experiences in the past hence I went again, for third time, to buy from you. Bed delivered is not at all as the one in catalogue, very thin and flimpsy and not even same colour, the seller keep saying is the same. Shame on you, where is your return policy. If you make a mistake, fix it
