The flowers ordered looked nothing like whats advertised on the website. The miserable bouquet that arrived looked fit for the bin. Very disappointing 😞

First and last time getting duped by this website. I understand the site says they may “substitute” some flowers depending on “season”. However, what I ordered is not at all what was received at all (not even close), and the flowers received today are basically dead. I would add photos if I could because honestly, it’s ridiculous.

Received Mother’s Day blessings flowers today which my son sent me, absolutely disgusted with what arrived, nothing like the picture I looked at on their website, less than a third of flowers, could not say to my son because he would have been so upset.

Mothers day blessing arrived - not what i ordered . Four wilted roses and dead leave stems. Poor mother said they were in bits. Never order from here. I expect a full refund as it was falsely advertised.

My daughters in the UK sent me a mother's day bouquet which as shown on the website was a beautiful full bouquet. What turned up was a pathetic bunch of 3 flowers and a bit of foliage. This company is a disgrace. Don't order from them!

I purchased Mothers Day flowers to be delivered Tomorrow the 14th of March.As we were having the family here for the day to celebrate.

They were delivered the 13th March at around 11am when there was none of the family here.
That is not what I paid for, they were also tiny four flowers in the bunch.

I would have bought three bunches of flowers in Aldi of better quality for the price I paid for these flowers.

Absolutely disgusted with this service
Stay away if you don't want to be embarrassed and ripped off.

Bouquet was nowhere near the size advertised or the colour scheme. Definitely not value for money.

The flowers (Medium Paradise) in the picture were a complete fabrication of what arrived (6 poor quality small roses only). I could have bought better for one third of the price in Tesco

As a self employed person, I understand the importance of reviews and customer service and satisfaction.

These people do not have a grasp of this and even with patience, are to say the least a let down. I have never seen such an atrocious customer service since Center parcs. The delivery service was requested no later than 10:30 am and they arrived 11:04 when nobody would be home.
They say they deliver between 8 am to 9pm, the courier did not want to budge and just left, no calling card as promised if we wouldn’t be there to organise pickup, nothing.

I emailed them and got generic canned responses which to me says they are used to complaints so do this to deal with the volume.

Honestly I am shocked they have so many 5 star reviews, it’s probably either fake reviews or friends of the owner. The reviews speak for themselves and until they make the delivery, the single star will remain but at this rate I’d rather a full refund.

Con artists. Said that they forgot to deliver the parcel 5 days later and then said they would send a replacement but never did

Ordered 3 times from them, very small bouquet for that price. Not worth it.Service in general is good

The flowers were wilted and one rose head fell off on opening the box. Very disappointing 😞

NEVER AGAIN! A bunch of wilted flowers delivered, not remotely resembling bouquet advertised! Sent 14 messages, on chat box and emails, without response. Requested refund and ordered from another florist, who delivered a beautiful bouquet! This was a special Big Birthday and to say it was a disaster and disappointment, is an understatement. Not to be recommended!

Flowers arrived were in awful condition and looked nothing like the picture advertised. Wish I had looked on here before buying. Absolute scam, steer clear.

Ordered flowers for a sick friend PAID for same day delivery which didn’t happen. This is just not acceptable to take payment for something and not carry out the service required I will NEVER use them again . I also sent 3 emails which I have received no reply the flowers arrived next day and it was like something a child pulled out of a garden just a few wilted looking stems NOTHING like photo. Be warned if your looking for something nice DONT fall their photos if it was possible to rate less than one star I would give it.

What a scam.. avoid this company as a Corona virus...
Order delivered not even close to what was supposed to be . Was on hurry so didn't check the reviews. Company of clowns . The flowers wouldn't cost even 10€ in any super market and they are weeks or more old , for printed stupid card and box of chocolate as they say , 2 sweets in the box , and for the lot 62€ .
Are U kidding people? Serious ??? It's shame to tell someone what I got for 60 € , and flowers wasn't even in water . Company of clowns

Flowers looked absolutely nothing like they were advertised in the photo. Delivery was fast but absolute let down of expectations vs reality.

I used this company today and am very annoyed I went to amend a spelling mistake and the company completed the order twice and took the money from my account twice and I notified them right away and they wouldn't cancel one of the orders said I was too late very poor service little respect for customers will never use them again , would definitely not recommend this company
