Incorrect Orders
I ordered a “Radiance – Large” bouquet from eFlorist, but what was delivered looked significantly smaller and less full than the product advertised.
To their credit, customer service initially acknowledged the issue and offered a replacement. However, the replacement bouquet was effectively identical to the first and still did not match the advertised arrangement.
When I raised this again, I was told the issue was due to the stems needing to be trimmed, which did not address the actual problem (the bouquet itself was not as described).
Overall, very disappointing experience, particularly as this happened for a special occasion and after giving the company an opportunity to correct it.
I would not recommend using eFlorist.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to be arrived on Saturday evening . They came on Friday evening instead. I had ordered a “LARGE” bouquet and to say what came is utterly disgraceful. Honestly you could go to Lidl and get the same bouquet for €5 it’s a joke. They look nothing like they are on the website. Very misleading. The plastic surround of the flowers was all ripped and looked like they had just been thrown together .Absolute Scam these crowd are playing with people. Paying €60 odd quid to get a €5 bunch of flowers .
Talk about mortifying. If only I had read these reviews first before purchasing. That’s why I am leaving a review now to warn other’s of this incompetent and rubbish business .
Mother's Day Disappointment
The flowers arrived in a tiny cardboard box, which immediately gave me a bad feeling. When I opened it, the huge, colourful bouquet that I ordered for Mother's Day was dying and sparse. I paid 50 quid for them, anticipating high-quality flowers in perfect condition. There were two dying roses among the fake spray-painted sprigs of god knows what. I was sorely disappointed and, honestly, embarrassed, so much so that three days later, I still feel the need to write a review. I'm heartbroken that I had to present the most important person in my life with that sorry excuse for a bouquet. I feel cheated and humiliated. I will not be purchasing ever again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! The flowers I received compared to what I actually ordered were an absolute disgrace. Cost just short of €50 and if I had seen them in a petrol station for €5, I wouldn't buy them. Absolute scam and would warn anyone thinking of buying from this site to think twice. What you receive is not what you see in the picture online. Not to mention €4 for a card that actually turned out to be a limp tear-away piece of paper.

I recently ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and was genuinely appalled by what was delivered. At first, I thought there must have been a mistake and that I had received someone else’s order, but unfortunately this was in fact mine.
The bouquet looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The colours were completely different, the flowers themselves were not the same, and the arrangement was sparse and very poor in quality. Overall, it looked like something you could pick up for €5 in a shop rather than what was advertised and paid for.
This was extremely disappointing, especially given that it was meant to be a special Mother’s Day gift. I would strongly recommend not ordering from here.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered on Saturday 14th March. Flowers didn’t arrive until Monday 16th March even though they were in a box in DPD since 14th. Flowers arrived all shriveled and dead, disaster.

Absolutely disgraceful ..my daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day..if i can post a pic I will ..6 Dead Roses and something else too dead to recognise .. delivered yes thrown on the door step n yr man was gone ..
Extremely disappointing and a rip off!
I am extremely disappointed with this order. The bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the one advertised on the website. What arrived was sparse, poorly arranged, and looked like something quickly thrown together with a few roses and filler stems.
The advertised bouquet showed a full, vibrant arrangement with many roses and a balanced composition. What was delivered, however, had far fewer flowers, was unevenly arranged, and looked cheap in comparison. It was honestly embarrassing to give this as a gift because it looked nothing like what I paid for.
For the price charged, I expected something at least remotely close to the promotional image. Instead, it felt misleading and very poor value for money.
I would not order from this florist again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
If there was a 0 star I’d give it.
If there was a 0 star I’d give it.
Please everyone do not order off these scammers. You would get a better bunch of flowers in Aldi for 10€ absolutely shocking do not waste your money!!!
Past their best!
The flowers were wilted and past their best. Very poor!!
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace, if I could leave no stars I would, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for delivery to my mum for Mother’s Day, there was barely any flowers in the bunch and it was nothing like the picture of the bouquet on line. Absolute rip off, I will never order from eflorist again, disappointed I want something really beautiful to surprise my mum.
Delivered day early, mediocre flowers.
Paid premium delivery, got mediocre flowers a day early. Furious.
Never ordering from there again.
Do not waste your time and money
Do not waste your time and money. I made a duplicate booking in error and got charged double. I contacted them immediately and they said there was noting they could do. It was a large order and they offered me only €5 as a good will gesture.
Both orders arrived for my mother for mothers day in separate boxes. The flowers were upside down in the boxes and were already dry and beginning to wither. Me and especially my 85 year old mother deserved more.
My advice, do not use Eflorist.

Please don't waste your money using eflorist for sending flowers. I was sent a bouquet for my birthday (I checked with the sender and they had asked for the flowers to be delivered before 7 March). They arrived 3 days after the birthday on 10 March afternoon and were wilted and beyond saving. A total waste of money.

Never again
Never again. The flowers delivered were wilted and completely unacceptable. Rereading the details they were apparently delivered “in bud” but half the flowers are dead and the overall effect is a flat, underwhelming gift, which is overpriced too. I should have paid less and just bought the cheaper option in Tesco or somewhere instead. Never ever again.
Avoid at all costs
Should have done my research on Truspilot before ordering as many others have stated what you actually receive is nothing compared to photos the volume of flowers is very poor you would be better off getting from a discount supermarket, Vase was also smashed and chocolates open Avoid at all costs!!
Flowers died in 24 hours!
The below is what i was sent after complaining, they have yet to replace the boquet or refund, as requested numerous times, awful product and service...'That said, if after two full days the flowers still don't seem to be blooming or perking up, please do get back in touch and we'll be more than happy to look into this further with our suppliers and make sure we put things right for you.'
Misleading Website
Ordered flowers for delivery for Mother’s Day. Image on website showed a huge floral arrangement. I selected and paid for the ‘large’ option. What arrived was very disappointing. Very small and looks nothing like the images shown on webpage. Not even half the number of flowers as shown in the photo. Won’t be using this service again
