Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service, received flowers that were not fresh and looked like they’ve been in a box for days. My partner was very disappointed as he spent €70 on it. The roses were wilted and squished and the lily’s were dead.

My son in Australia sent me flowers for…

My son in Australia sent me flowers for my 60th Birthday. They arrived in a box, in tatters. Flowers were old, roses fell off from the stem and it was really just a bunch of leaves which fell all over the floor . So disappointing considering the expense. Would never order from this company.

If I could leave 0 stars i would.
V poor customer service...even from the manager.
I ordered twice ...mistakes in both orders.
Flowers direct blamed courier service and wouldn't commit to any guarantee with future orders.
To close my complaint they refunded 20 euro to my credit card without my consent...the whole thing was so disrespectful.
Thumbs down from me...save yourself a headache and avoid.
This review was commented on by flowers direct but I have received no email/contact regarding this review and complaint.

Really bad

Really bad. Please don't order from them. Just go to nearest Costco. I spent so much on their ranunculus and the stems were completely dried off. The white spray roses were brown and some flowers broken. Don't waste your money.

I received a bouquet from Flowers…

I received a bouquet from Flowers Direct (flowersdirect.ie) yesterday, and unfortunately the condition of the flowers was very disappointing. Instead of looking fresh and vibrant, the bouquet already appeared wilted and several flowers looked old.
Some petals were browning and drooping, and one of the roses had completely broken off from the stem. It was clear that the bouquet was not fresh when it arrived. This was especially disappointing considering that it was meant to be a thoughtful gift.
It’s sad to receive flowers that already look like they are at the end of their life. A bouquet should arrive fresh and beautiful, but this one looked like it had been sitting around for days.
Overall, the quality of the bouquet was far below what anyone would expect from a professional florist like Flowers Direct (flowersdirect.ie).

Bought the rose and lily vase totalling…

Bought the rose and lily vase totalling 80e. Next day delivery . We'll the bouquet was more like a marsh land with cheap greenery leaves spouts. The lily's where all closed up and it was not arranged well at all. Huge difference from their website pictures to reality .have pictures to prove it .

Fantastic

Fantastic! Ordered some flowers for my mum in Sligo due to any presents being sent back by customs when trying to send them from England.
She was delighted with them! They arrived right on her birthday. Will highly likely buy again!

Left with nothing but a receipt on Valentine's Day

Unless you enjoy showing your partner a receipt instead of the flowers you actually ordered(well in advance) on Valentine's Day then I would highly recommend to avoid. Absotlue no show Friday and despite promises and reassurances it would be delivered the next day, it was a complete no show again.

I've ordered from several florists over the years and this is the only one who have left me down. Disaster.

beautiful flowers

The flowers were beautiful and on time for the event that I was planning. The flowers took the event to the next level. I would have loved these flowers just to brighten up my day at home as well or to send to someone. The baskets were to die for - with the perfect leather detail! They were perfect!

I ordered flowers and a balloon for my…

I ordered flowers and a balloon for my mum’s birthday, placing the order on Wednesday and requesting delivery to her workplace at a school on Friday. The whole reason for this was to surprise her at work, which I have done before and know she loves.

By 2pm on Friday the flowers still hadn’t arrived, so I emailed to check on the delivery and asked if they could be there before 3pm as the school closes. Although the response was quick, I was told they wouldn’t be delivered in time and the order was redirected to her home address instead.

The flowers themselves were lovely, but the delivery completely missed the point of the order and left my mum disappointed. I chose this company to support what I thought was a family-owned business, but unfortunately the delivery service was very disappointing.
Since my review flowers direct have contacted me and kindly offered a resolution for my experience. Thank you. Again the flowers were very nice and are still beautiful today

First time ordering - very satisfied

It was my first time ordering flowers bouquet from this webshop and I had such an amazing experience! I’ve ordered flowers bouquet “Purple Majesty” hatbox petite and a single heart shaped balloon for my sister who lives in Dun Laoghire, Dublin and she received it the next day even though I placed my order on Friday night! The order was delivered around 15:00 the next day on Saturday. The flowers were so beautiful, almost identical to the picture posted on website, and the ballon was cute! I also contacted their customer service on what’s app and they were super quick to respond. I am so happy with my purchase and would recommend this webshop to everyone! 10 out of 10!
