First rate experience with myles on support when asking thing always know the right answers 100/10 service

I ordered a 3d printer on Monday 26th December. The website made no mention of them being closed all over the period, in fact offered me delivery by Wednesday if I ordered that day, then offered me a 5% discount to do so. As my parcel had not arrived on the Wednesday I asked when it would arrive (all communication by email as no-one answers a phone) and was told next day that "it has shipped so you can expect your parcel in the next couple of days. Next day, when it hadn't shown up on the DPD app I asked for the parcel consignment details which I received next day. As I write this on Tuesday 3rd of Jan the parcel STILL isn't with DPD so I have wasted a week waiting and am back to work tomorrow so won't be in to receive the parcel. Diabolical service with almost sarcastic (capital letters and huge fonts) replies from Natasha. Will not be using them again.

Disgusting company and service that scam you when fault with item. Bought 3d printer arrived fast enough. But the condition was awful and very likely a ex display model due to how it was set up spend so much money and time trying to sort it out also the help they provided was basically none as what they were suggesting was complete rubbish. Then once they get item back they use every excuse possible to put the blame on user error and scam you out of 10% of what you paid for the faulty item. I got the item on sale 259 they are charging 270 used printer so not only are they making more they scam you out of 10% of what you paid even know it was under the 30 day and the item was faulty. They will come on here and say they helped which is lies all they done was provide a awful service then scam you out of money so dont listen to the rep. Buy elsewhere if in the UK advoid these scammers

Needed a replacement hotend kit for my Ender 3 Max ASAP to fulfil a 3D print commission on time and and was struggling to find any for sale in the UK that weren't affected by Royal Mail industrial action. Just as I was about to swallow my pride and ask a buddy if I could commission him to complete my commission I stumbled across Technology Outlet.

It cost a little bit more than what I was originally wanting to pay, but I bought it on Saturday opting to pay extra for next working day delivery. It was despatched Monday and I got it Tuesday morning just as expected via DPD. 30 minutes after opening the box I had a fully working printer again.

I found Myles to be very helpful and understanding as I have found Technology outlet every time I use them.

Myles went as ever the extra mile to make sure every base was covered. They are extremely professional in there approach and make you feel "safe" in there hands there not trying to sell you parts just because your stuck in fact very much more the opposite its more lets make sure first then you know when the issue resolved its the best for you. I would never go anywhere else, why would you when you get such amazing service.

You can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong not just right.

I have bought several items from technology outlet and have always had a very positive experience and this has continued when a 3d printer I purchased failed within 3 weeks.

Technology Outlet quickly responded to my enquiry and I cannot thank James Bell enough for the help received, really first class.

We went over everything that could cause the printer not to power up and finally concluded that the main processor board had failed. James quickly came up with the easiest solution of providing a new board as dismantling the printer and repacking to be returned is a task that I wasn’t looking forward to undertake.

I would highly recommend shopping with technology outlet not only for the great service but for the very competitive prices.

I bought an ender 5 pro from these guys which received a sd card slot error, 15 mins and 3 emails later they are sending a replacement motherboard, A1 service, would deffinatley recomend

I've bought quite a few Creality 3D printers from Technology Outlet, the tech support from James is brilliant, I always try and buy from them rather than direct from the Creality as Technology Outlets support is so much better. Also good prices and fast delivery!

Great service gave me what I needed straight away.

Absolutely over the moon with the support received from these guys. Looks like the motherboard in my Ender 2 Pro has developed a fault but it's a weird one that I was struggling to diagnose. Very quick first response when I emailed them and subsequent responses have also been very fast.

They're now sending a new motherboard to sort the problem.

After-sales support of this standard is rare so it's been a really pleasant surprise to have such responsive answers to my questions. They sent Gcode, they sliced one of my own STLs and sent it back, the offered several suggestions to try and get me up and running again. Definitely above and beyond what I would expect.

Consequently, they'll get my business when I get a new printer in a month or so.

Printer took a few days to arrive but otherwise a perfect service and I’m really happy with the printer. I had an issue with a spool of filament, Myles and James ran through options with me and identified an issue with the filament. Replacement spool issued without argument which arrived the next day. Highly recommend.
