Me Again, 1 of the printers i purchased from Additive-x broke due to me being heavy handed. filament sensor ribbon snapped on my A1.. Emailed Adx,quick response from Rebecca who soon had my new part on its way, these people couldn`t do anymore than they did.. so I`m now back up and running and happy again..
I cannot recommend Additive-X anymore for customer service, absolutely 2nd to none..

Terrible! I got a printer off of there and it randomly stopped turning on so I email them because I had a 1 year warranty on it and then they said do you have the original box which I didn't so just because I didn't have the original box I had to pay to send it to them and get it sent back so I got it back yesterday and I get it back it's turns on but super slow for the screen to tern on and then I go to print something and I realised that they kept my printers spool holder oh yeah and not to forget they tried getting me to take it apart! So I said no because it would go completely against warranty so that's when I had to send it too them.

Never buying a printer off of them ever again!!!

I bought a bamboo p2s combo from these people it came the next day i had a few problems setting it up so I called them they were very helpful i spoke to a chap called Jo he was very helpful i would definitely recommend this company

I can’t thank the team enough here. First time I’ve ever used them. Now, a customer for life. I ordered a p1s and DPD messed the delivery up (nothing to do with additive x) I spoke to additive x, all the staff are honestly next level. Can’t do enough for you. I go on holiday in the next day and my printer should be here in the morning hopefully. But thank you to this company who have gone out their way to help me with DPDs mess up. Like I said, customer for life now. Thanks guys and girls. Amazing.

Hey I'm looking for the bambu p1s I have found the printer and I'm considering to buy it. But I've got a few questions to ask. 1 does it come with waranty. 2 is it used, Sealed, opened box unused, or refurbished. And finally will there be any defects?

As a complete newbie to 3d printing, Additive X made the journey painless. Very helpful on the phone and offered advice on materials and delivery options ( which was important as I wanted the H2S before Christmas).
Next day delivery was no issue despite the printer being large.
Very pleased with the service and value for money.

Just a brief note, having collected my Bambu Labs H2D flagship 3D printer from Additive-X yesterday. Ian in Technical was super helpful, allocating stock and offering advice. The lady (sorry no name) who rang to say all is ready for collection was very good at explaining the steps. The printer is busy self-calibrating. It seems to have a life of its own :-) Just a great experience from a UK-based company. Welcome email received yesterday. Time to start inventing things. Best wishes.

We bought a Bambu H2D Laser from Additive-X at a brilliant price and they arranged same day delivery within hours of ordering. On arrival we spotted a QC issue from Bambu, not Additive-X. I emailed and had a call back within minutes. They organised a swap immediately and had a replacement on our bench before we even opened the next morning, under 24 hours from the original order.

We’re long-standing customers and have bought many printers from Additive-X over the years. Service has been flawless every time, not a single issue. The sales team is always a pleasure to work with. You can’t fault them on anything and we can’t recommend them enough.

Ordered a BambuLab H2S from Additive-X as they're an authorised UK reseller, and these guys have been great!

I had a few questions about shipping, jumped on the live chat, got connected really quickly and questions answered within minutes.

Ordered on Wednesday, delivered on a pallet on Thursday without any issues at all.

The entire process from point of order to delivery was perfect, really happy.

I'll definitely be back for my next Bambulab printer!

I would just like to reccomend additive x their service is second to none I have had two seperate orders from them and the service and and they keep you fully informed and always next day delivery will reccomend and use for my 3d needs and to be treated well the staff are so helpful

Ordered a large printer fairly late in the day. Got a call a few minutes later to say thanks for the order (seriously, nice touch!) and to say sorry that they might not be able to get it out the same day. No big deal, It's a big lump so perfectly understandable! It turned up the very next day, nicely wrapped and strapped to a pallet. No issues at all, would 100% recommend and use this company again.

When I get good customer service it’s really rare these days and I feel obliged to leave a review. I’m was just ordering a single Bambu printer but I enjoyed the experience start to finish. Especially when I reached out to support with a question and the rep told me about an offer to get free filament that I had missed. Unprompted telling me how to get truly valuable freebies?! I really expected there to be a catch, but there wasn’t. Good pricing and super quick shipping to boot!

Last year I bought a 3D printer from Additive-X. Last week I had to seek advice from them as the printer developed a fault. Craig, one of the Additive-X team, invited me to bring the printer over to have a look at, and if needed, leave and have it fixed under warranty. Craig was brilliant, quickly identifying the issue and fixing it while I waited. During a trial print, he showed me around the incredibly impressive technology room at the installation. Great service, great company. Thank you!

Second time using this company and I will certainly return again. First class advisor who helped me through the buying process as I could not do it online due to my own circumstances not the fault of the company. Picked my Bambu lab h2s up the same day and was helped into the car by a staff member. From start to finish they went above and beyond. Thank you!

Item purchased (AMS Lite for 3D printing). Couple of days later received delivery date of 15th August from courier DPD via email and text, but item not delivered that day or following day.

DPD delivered on the 18th, and due to the inconvenience Additive-X very kindly offered as a gesture of goodwill two free reels of 3D printer filament of my choice, even though the hiccup was on the courier side.

As I have explained in other reviews, I always accept that sometimes things can and do go wrong with transactions. As also explained, I measure the true quality of a seller's service by the way they respond when things do go wrong. In this respect Additive-X gets five stars. They responded to the matter very quickly, without any hassle, and the goodwill gesture was offered without my asking.

So refreshing to deal with a seller that really does value their customers, and will definitely buy from them again. I have purchased from them previously, and the service and products were spot on, and am very pleased with the AMS Lite also.

I was 8 months in on my Bambu a1 combo and it developed a fault. Tech department asked me to do a couple of checks which I did. Conclusion was faulty unit and a replacement a1 and ams sent the next day.
Absolutely excellent service by all departments

Very poor customer service . 2 calls not returned . When i finally did get hold of someone , they seemed uninterested as they thought i did not have a large budget and i was not a large company . Went to solid print to spend my "little" budget of £15k . This company talk about great customer service but thats not my experience .

I don’t normally post reviews however when you have excellent service it’s good to let others know they are in safe hands.
I already new what hardware/3D printer I wanted to purchase so I didn’t speak to Additive X before buying , but I did try to find some UK distributors/sellers and various issues with checkout/stock and shipping etc. so looked on the Bambu labs site and found these guys.

Although there website is a bit naughties , there is lots of consumables and hardware , with a Huge range of filaments all at competitive pricing , so decided to give them a go.
Right from the second of checking out this company just Oozes customer service .

Within minutes received order confirmation ( standard ) but after that received various emails confirming picking shipping and tracking numbers etc . Also received a detailed email regarding the hardware I was purchasing laced with knowledge and how to set up when the item arrived . Including links to help articles , and set up guides ..

Perfect all around .

Shipping was very quick and arrived a day or two before I was expecting it. With full tracking and the box even came with an additive sticker on it recommending to keep the box and package in case of a problems in the future.

Additive have for sure gained a new regular customer and will be buying my consumables from here in the future ..

Hard to say it but better than Amazon . Well done the Additive - X team ..
