I had a few issues setting up my printer. They couldnt be any more helpful. They were amazing. I emailed the support team and they kept emailing me all day to sort the problem out. Which was software. They were so patient and sorted my problem. James was amazing .

Excellent support by James to a problem I had with my 3D printer.
I'd tried to cure an issue myself and ended up with a bigger problem. I asked Technology Outlet, the original supplier of my printer some time ago, for support. James answered with an understandable description of how to correct the problem and included a picture too to show how things should be.
I was then able to sort the problem following the instructions - great service

Bought a 3d printer from these guys on the basis of price and reviews here on Trust Pilot.

Had a few issues setting up the printer and getting it to print level across the whole bed.

The support these guys give is awesome. Clear explanations received within an hour of emailing, consistently over a number of days.

Bought my ender 3 s1 at Xmas and got very fast delivery and tracking. Also bought a few sets of cooymaster3d filament which prints really well. Recently had a problem with the ribbon cable failing. A couple of emails and pictures to Myles and they sent a replacement cable the same day via DPD. Printer back up and running. Excellent service!!

I recently purchased my first 3d printer, a ender 5 Pro. Delivery was quick and with no problems. After a couple of months the motherboard died, and I had the blue screen of death I contacted Myles Lightfoot at support. And when Myles worked out what it was he had a replacement board delivered to me, and now the printer works as it should. Great customer support. Highly recommended five*****

Absolutely cannot fault the Customer Service from here. Having bought a Sermoon D3 only to find the courier had dropped it, we dealt with Sam. Where some companies might go back and forth with having you try troubleshooting steps, Sam simply arranged a courier to collect and sent a new one having understood that the entire machine had been knocked out of square by the drop.

Will definitely be using again.

It’s quite unusual when dealing with technology company to have direct contact with real people as required. This company is the exception. I bought some resin from them and had an issue with it which was dealt with quickly fairly and efficiently. Customer service has been excellent.

First impressions of service and product was good BUT within less than 48 hours a £500 3D printer simply stopped working.

The first fault displayed was bed levelling error as the X axis simply did not move then minutes later hotend temp error.

Faults clearly displayed pointing straight to product error - won't be using these people again..........

I'm confused how they do it.

The team at Technology Outlet are doing such an exceptional job dealing with me as a customer every time we interact by email. It must be a challenging job being a retailer for products like 3D printers, as there are so many mechanisms and settings than can affect customers outcomes using the products. The customer liaison however is just always politely to the point and efficient, which what I'm saying is... it's admirable that they keep up the energy. I hope they can and will! I don't want to shop elsewhere for 3D hardware & even materials are worth getting from them.

Myles is always so efficient and helpful on email, they (he?) just works to get you to where you need to be, and does a great job metering for your experience to give you the level of detail you might need. Thank you so much to Myles.

This company is a shining example of upholding consumer rights and they do the very best thing for you. Companies like Amazon shrug you off with scripted words and spotty refunds and returns hassle, but Technology Outlet (like in their webpages) will work with you to find practical solutions, and post out parts (under warranty) rapidly and you'll learn in the process.

I wish this company the best, and hope the staff are treated with respect and good pay, because everyone customer facing have been superb.

Orders process efficiently too, and shipping is pretty dang nippy too.

I can’t rate this company enough had 2 printers in less then a month and had a few user error problems and they have been there to help even letting me send one back for them to flash the software and having me it delivered back the next day

Great Support (AGAIN) FROM JAMES, WITH PRINTER/SONIC PAD ANOMALIES-CAN'T RING HIS PRAISES TOO LOUDLY!...

I bought my 1st 3D printer from Technology outlet about 3 years ago. I still get excellent aftersales service from them. Myles and James have both helped ne several times and got me printing again. Can't recommend them enough

Initially incorrect part sent due to stock error. This was very quickly resolved by James and was all sorted 30 minutes after my initial phone call. Superb customer service and excellent support and knowledge base. Would highly recommend this company for any 3d printing needs, especially if you are just starting out.

Ordered a resin printer which unfortunately had a fault , contacted technology outlet and they were quick to respond and immediately arranged for the printer to be sent back at their cost...
They even allowed me to change my mind and choose a different model of 3d printer once they received the first model back, then promptly sent the new one out to me ...
Myles and James were absolutely great with helpfull and detailed information on printer choice.
Even though the first printer was faulty they made the whole experience ordering from them a pleasure...

I had a problem with a Creality 3d printer that is about 12 mths old. I reported it to the supplier technology outlet and the issue was dealt with and resolved very promptly by Myles.
