John from the Torrance Park site told me wrong information in regards to part exchange info and also removed me from the phone calling list without my permission as I was supposed to be called when another showhouse price was released and due to this we missed out. However now bought a better Barratt home . When Susan was checking my details In The office the note on the system stated ‘so not call’. I knew exactly who would have placed this in my record but said nothing to Susan as she has always been nothing but professional with us and my daughter bought a house from her and got her keys 29.5.26. We decided not to buy from yourselves due to the experience with John.

Elaine and Toni were the best, available at every step of the way to assist, and they are caring and very swift with their feedback. 100% recommend.

My daughter purchased a property in May 2025
There are several defects one in particular is a leak in the En-Suite which has been on-going for 8 months
Customer Care are a shambles arranging contractors to attend. TW have no surveyors who identify the defect and provide a scope of works for their contractors they just send the wrong tradespeople who blame each other
TW are the worst organisation I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with !!

Hadley Grange - Clipstone Park
Completed on our home in June 2025 but the house was finished in May 2025 (house sale held us up)
In April 2025 during a meeting with the site manager we were told paths would be completed by the time we completed on the purchase which we expected to be May
We are now in June 2026 and paths are STILL incomplete
Constant emails, constant phone calls and absolutely no one has information, always “yeah they’re getting round to it”
My 3 year old son has slipped on the loose stones left on the path TWICE, the drains are raised with cones everywhere so I have to walk on the ROAD with my children and baby in pushchair because the paths are DISGRACEFUL.
13 months ago they should’ve been completed. Taylor Wimpey you are an absolute disgrace of company how on earth could you leave homes looking like this. The biggest purchase in our lives, all of our hard work and excitement to be left in this shocking, messy, horrible looking road.
All the paths on the main roads are complete though!

If you’re considering purchasing, I urge you to take to the inner roads of a development and see how they leave them, they do not care.

Not only this but our garden was clearly turfed over pure rubble and building debris as our garden is absolutely tragic, holes and dips everywhere and we now have to somehow fork out the money to fix this? Why should we? When it’s Taylor Wimpey low standards yet again. Please do not get turf through them either as they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.

Front garden is an embarrassment, they clearly employ “gardeners” who have no idea about plants as they have done the most shocking job at the front of our house which I’m desperate to get rid of their shit work but I am holding off on that till the paths are done if ever.

Taylor Wimpey - contact me once you’ve seen this and come back to me with some seriously good resolutions.

The whole process has been very easy and the staff at netherton grange dealing with us have been great.

The house type, design

Your staff provided warm and attentive service. Not only did they accommodate my language difficulties, but they also informed me immediately when another customer cancelled their reservation, allowing me to choose the room type I really wanted. When there was an issue with the internet and you couldn’t receive emails, you patiently contacted me several times by phone until the problem was resolved. This also made me realise the importance of timely communication.

Very helpful and supportive during the viewing and looking stages. Put you at ease and very open with the development and what you get in the house. Also pointing me in the correct direction with mortgage brokers and solicitors. Thanks 🙏

Michelle at the sales office has been great to deal with. From informing me of everything I need to know about my plot, to providing great information of the site and local area. Really excited to get moved in!

Fantastically presented show homes and very helpful informative sales staff, first class.

Lack of engagement following claim upheld by NHBC. Avoiding doing the required works and communication very poor. Yorkshire.

So far we have nothing but good things to say about Taylor Wimpey. Samantha has been very helpful and supportive, keeping us updated on the progress of things all the day. Excited so far!

The service they providing is awesome

I think by far Taylor Wimpey is the best. We are yet to occupy the house but so far it’s been wonderful and I am sure my feelings won’t change. Amber is such a sweet person to talk to and she has been handling everything extremely professionally.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Taylor Wimpey from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to answer questions clearly and promptly. The whole process was well organised, and the quality of the home and customer service has been excellent. We felt supported throughout and would happily recommend Taylor Wimpey to anyone looking for a new home.
