Ben and Haneefa, where always available to respond to any queries, for what turned out to be a complicated case, due to a land management situation.
Ben talked me through all the options and potential outcomes before proceeding, explaining all the potential options.
Despite a few hiccups at exchange we made it to completion.
At completion would have preferred better communication as the final move was from Birmingham to Suffolk, and on arrival at 1.30 keys were not available, it took several calls to the office, only to be informed via the Talbot's App that the keys were available half an hour before a call from the office.

Talbots Law handled the sale of our property and made the process really smooth from start to finish. They were prompt at answering any queries that we had and did kept all lines of communication open at all times. The were extremely thorough and great at explaining things in simple terms for our understanding. Can't recommend them enough.

Moving house is a stressful experience there's no getting away from that. We used Talbots and Tori couldn't be more helpful. She kept us updated regularly and answered our many queries quickly and patiently. We felt looked after by her as a firm guiding hand through the long process.

To our recollection all (or virtually all) contact was made by us asking for updates or chasing. We did not receive any updates without this. This sadly would put us off using Talbots again or recommending them.

However, we do appreciate that our allocated conveyancer was away for a week toward exchange on sick leave which cant be helped and therefore increased Simratnoors workload. We are glad to see she has returned to work fit and wish her well.

Regardless of the above negative, we were always met with politeness and attention each time we called or emailed.

At the point of Exchange there seemed to be delays that we couldn't understand once our buyer was ready it still took three days even though we had been advised that the file was ready to go. Unnecessary stress could have been relieved if we had been given an answer as to what was causing the delay, even if it was just workload. At least knowing this would mean that we wouldn't have worried that something negative was happening.

Emma at Telford office was very efficient throughout the journey of acquiring a mortgage. She handled the process excellently, communicating with me through out. She initially made me aware of what to expect in the process. I felt safe and assured from the team. A very pleased client.

We recently completed our sale and purchase through talbots and were really happy with their service. We had a trainee solicitor named Zara Nasser and she was brilliant all the way through always very informative and knowledgeable.

On the whole, a good experience in what can be a traumatic time during house moves. Ethan was supportive and provided a decent service.
