I have been attempting to contact the Post Completion Team (PCT) since last year without success. Numerous voicemails have been left, but none have been returned. The main office advises that they have no internal means of contacting PCT and simply redirects me to the same unanswered number. Although my earlier dealings with DC Law were satisfactory, this ongoing issue has been extremely frustrating and I would not recommend their services.

It's impossible to get an update from solicitors. In addition, they appear to ignore current legislation delaying transactions unnecessarily.

Throughout the whole process of selling one property and buying another Harry Cotton at DC Law kept me constantly informed. I found him friendly and efficient and he was usually able to respond to my requests and answer queries.
More often than not he would pick up the phone, and we would speak in person. Messages and emails were always responded to promptly.

Our Solicitor with DCLaw, Lisa Rimmer, was great and everything was ready for the sale to go ahead very quickly once the Grant of probate was given. We were kept informed in the final stages of the sale.
Although our solicitor was good, the online web site
used by DCLaw for process tracking called eWay gave us confusion and difficulties to begin with. As there were two of us to be consulted regarding the sale, due to probate, we had initial problems with the online web site overwriting actions taken by the other. Repeating the same actions was frustrating until we realised what was happening. Then some tasks had to be dealt with by email. eWay needs to be able to cope with multiple users required to enter details. Would give 5 starts if not for eWay problems.
