Symonds & Sampson are amazing! We purchased a property for our elderly Grandmother and they went above and beyond to help faciliate the purchase. We live in the USA and so timing was critical in this matter. Symonds & Sampson responded promptly to every question or email we sent and stayed on top of everything on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend them.

I used Symonds and Sampson estate agents to sell my late Father's house at auction due to its less than great state.

In all respects from the first point of contact on the phone and in person, through the roller coaster ride going through the auction process, to the final outcome of completion today, their tireless expertise has been outstanding.

In particular I dealt a great deal with Andy Wakinshaw who was always a consummate professional balanced with ease of approachability and constant, faithful assistance. Every encounter I had with Andy was so easy and confidence building since this was my very first foray into selling a property and was clueless.

Andy however was a rock with very perceptive and accurate advice the entire way through over a few months. Following his obvious groundswell of gathered knowledge and insightful advice, we were able to complete on what became a tricky situation, that he handled without fuss and instilling confident peace in what could easily have been so different.

What professionalism, friendliness, expert advice and handling, with great timing too.

We had nothing but a great experience with the Blandford office, we sold after 2 viewings. The communication was helpful and calm during what could have been a frustrating legal process. We were kept up to date with feedback and explanations.

The experience I had with the Bridport office in particular Steve Allen was excellent. The sale of our house was not as straight forward as I would have hoped. Steve Allen was always very supportive during this time and assisted in resolving any issues or concerns. Communications was maintained throughout the process keeping me informed of the progress of the sale and the office staff were always very helpful when contacted.
