We have recently used Symonds and Sampson,Bridport to sell a property. Having used them before it was an easy choice as to whom to use and once again they have delivered. Daniel Magee was our first point of contact and we found him extremely friendly, helpful and very professional. He was ably assisted by the whole team but in particular, Steve Allen, who proved incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team worked amazingly hard to get a good result and we would not hesitate to use, or recommend them in the future. Thank you Team Bridport.

Steve Allen of the Bridport branch of Symonds and Sampson has been my estate agent for my most recent sale. His valuation of my home was the highest of the 3 agents I chose, and proved to be the most accurate. On the day my home went on the market, 2 couples booked viewings and one of those couples purchased my property. Steve has handled my sale with the highest level of professionalism, integrity and intelligence. If he has been unable to take my calls, due to being engaged or out of the office, he has never failed to call me back. Nothing has been too much trouble. The whole team at the Bridport office have been exemplary with their client relations and have treated both me and my purchasers with respect and kindness. They are brilliant and I can't recommend them highly enough.

From the start to the end a very positive experience; definitely the best estate agents in town by a looong way! Anabel and the team were always helpful and approachable. She made sure the pressure was kept on during the conveyancing and communicated with the solicitors on both sides in order to get to exchange and completion as quickly as possible. Daniel & Isobel at Bridport branch looked after me very well in buying my home and then in the sale a couple of years later. Being on both sides of purchase & sale, neither process was to stressful. I have always used Symonds and Sampson in the past for renting and recently for selling my home. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, but Steve Allen always goes the extra mile. We sold and bought our houses this year with Symonds and Sampson in Bridport. Though we initially wanted to go with purple bricks to save money, I was impressed with the argument Daniel made for using a local estate agent, and the decision was absolutely the right one. Daniel had people in mind who were looking for a property like ours and he was able to secure a sale for us within two weeks of putting it on the market. The service was speedy and efficient, Isobella marketed it beautifully for us and the whole team were helpful and friendly throughout the process. They also advised and negotiated when needed, making the process as pain free as possible.
