It took me from the time my policy…
It took me from the time my policy lapsed approximately 1 month to renew my policy.
Here is what i experienced which caused the problems.
1 I attempted online, your software would NOT alloy me to complete the insurance claiming my vehicle REG number could not be found? As this bike was insured with you the previous year i couldn't understand how this could be?
2 After several attempts over a number of days thinking it may be my Computer or my poor Tech skills i gave up.
3 I decided to try calling, unfortunately the customer services assistant could not understand me and me her.
4 I do have other bikes but was very disappointed and stressed to go without insurance, this little bike is a favourite of mine and quite a rare bike, 1 of only 10 currently on UK roads.
I nearly gave up trying, but Swinton has insured my Vehicles over many years and always given good value and service, unfortunately on this occasion it failed badly. Mr J S Markham

Automation and profit over customer experience
This company takes ‘automation’ to the next and unacceptable level for me. Later upon layer of website, automated calls, and overly long wait times and distraction techniques. Add to this that they have doubled my renewal quote, and after 9 years with them - I’m off. There are smaller company’s that put customer first, not profit.
