Has its faults. The video/photo rendering could arguably be slightly faster, but this is probably due to the OS. I have heard of people who left their computers on for a week to get a quick video created, I personally gave up on trying to create videos and just create a couple of photos instead. Also very prone to crashes, at all the wrong times.
On the upside, it produces very realistic images with amazing lighting and is very easy to navigate. It is the main application I use when designing buildings, although it is hard to integrate tiny details which are sometimes important, so I supplement it with other apps. If you just want to have fun designing building structures and looking at them in 3D, this is the app for you.
