I absolutely ADORE ANY Susie Watson products. However, despite dry cleaning all of the cushion covers that I have bought, they really didn’t look the same afterwards sadly. Very lack lustre!! I boug... See more

We had a very helpful experience in the store when we selected a rug and ottoman, were given estimated delivery time of three weeks later, and then got a call within two weeks to say everything could be delivered early, the delivery team could not have been more helpful and stayed until we were totally happy with the fit

beautiful products, slow delivery. nothing dispatched after 4 working days, i chased up on the 5 th day, and they said ' they are being dispatched today . and said we do state 5 working day dispatch' ( but why does that need 5 working days, just hire more staff if youre so busy you cant pack orders for 5 days?)
i would buy again, but from the shop , if id known it would take so long, i would have made the trip.
also you have to pay delivery and return fees even when spends hundred and hundreds of pounds which again would put me off
I bought the hare cushion for my girlfriend’s mother for Christmas and the pillow has already split due to cheap materials. Their website states that their products are for daily family life but clearly are made to be decorative tat. I have pillows from primark that have survived uni and outlasted the one from here that has been sat on the sofa for a few months. £75 is a COMPLETE RIP OFF for
Still waiting for an order made 7 weeks ago.
Easter Wreath Making workshop - A really wonderful morning at Susie Watsons shop in Alresford making a living Easter/Spring wreath. First, tea and pastries while being shown some beautiful tablescaping advice by the wonderful staff. Who were very attentive and helpful. Followed the by Stem & Green wreath making and an additional hanging plant was made- bonus! Very helful advice from them too. Can't recomend it enough!

Curtains and blinds arrived yesterday all ready to put up. They look amazing. I love them. Thankyou all for your help putting fabrics and trims together and for being patient with my phone calls. It was a lot of money but will give me years of pleasure. Will definately be back.

Purchased not one but two lamp bases both of which are now defunct. Tried to get a response from your 'team' in Knutsford, only to be told, 'Sorry Susie wouldn't entertain replacing them. You have had possession of them too long.' High handed and frankly rude customer service like this. Both purchased with Watson lampshade. Obviously design fault at the join between lamp base and electrical switch. Don't expect service like that when I have spent over £500 in lighting from her.
My husband purchased as a gift 4 mugs costing £100. Only I use them and take great care especially when cleaning them. I wash them by hand. While holding a hot cup of tea I heard the handle crack. Customer service stated that the mug must have been knocked!! And, that they are better washed in the dishwasher. To know this you need to either rely upon the sales assistant telling you (this didn’t happen) or log onto their website and read their instructions. Who would have know that a beautiful mug is better placed in a dishwasher than cleaned by hand. The customer service on one hand state that the mugs are stoneware and should last for years and the next they stated that they can easily get broken. Customer service has made me feel that I must have knocked this mug and caused the problem. If I had I would be too embarrassed to raise this issue with them. The handle on this mug has some weakness and fortunately it didn’t fall off causing hot tea to spill. I have been a fan of Susie Watson for many years and was very excited to be able to visit their shop in Harrogate before Christmas. Because of their attitude towards me I will never purchase from them ever again. You do not deserve loyal customers and I would not adopt the stance that you have taken against me. It’s unfortunate that my issue is regarding ceramics as it’s impossible for me to prove how much I loved this set of mugs and how gentle Ive been to ensure that they are not knocked or chipped but you’ve made your mind up that the issue lies with me and that there could never be a possibility that this handle may have been knocked in the store.

I hate to write this review as I really like Susie Watson design. During November December I bought 2 table cloths, 48 napkins 4 cushions and a woollen rug, a considerable spend for me. Unfortunately after using the pink and white table cloth and 8 of the napkins I washed them in my 2 year old washing machine on the instructed delicate wash (only instruction on the table cloth.) They were not combined with anything else in the machine. My machine info states the delicate wash is 30 degrees. The table cloth and 4 of the napkins came out with pink runs!
I emailed customer service and had a curt reply stating I had obviously had it on the wrong temperature (no way). They offered me another table cloth at 50% discount. (I don’t want another) I replied restating the fact that they were washed according to the instructions. Now I feel they are calling me a liar!! I wrot again receiving yet again the same reply. I wrote again restating everything again, this time I added that I felt that the least they could do is offer some credit to be used in their store but that if I didn’t hear from them I would feel forced to write a review of the bad customer service. I have heard nothing so hence this review. Sadly I will not be buying anything again from Susie Watson.

Their candles didn’t fit their candlesticks
Went into the shop in Broadway to buy a pair of their candles to fit a pair of their tall candlesticks but they are too small and keep falling over which obviously isn’t any use.
Would have thought that the candles were made to fit their own range of candlesticks?
Really disappointed because I wanted the matching candles but can’t use them.

Firstly Susie Watson Designs products are very well made and beautiful.
However, their customer service/returns WHEN THEY HAVE MADE A MISTAKE is terrible!
I ordered a £65 cushion. They delivered a £125 cushion. Their mistake. I telephoned Drew (Customer Services) and explained. I said I’m happy to keep the expensive cushion (but not pay the extra) or I would return it. After checking he said I’d have to pay the extra or return it, and he would send a label. Once they had received the return they would send out the correct cushion.
The label received was for Yodel. I was required to package the cushion up and drive to Yodel to return it. Why!! It was their mistake but they were happy for me to run around to fix it.
I called and said I was unable to use Yodel, but would pay £7 ish for Royal Mail to collect it from me, send it back with signed for 24hr service, and they could reimburse the postage.
Drew replied sorry we can’t do that, and why couldn’t I take it to Yodel. Also they wouldn’t refund the postage if I arranged the return myself! The call was escalated to another person who again questioned why I couldn’t take it to Yodel. I explain and restated the Royal Mail option. She then said their policy was to use Yodel and that it would cost a fortune to get them to collect the parcel from me. I restated that ITS NOT MY PROBLEM, and that they should speak to Royal Mail about returns as it was significantly cheaper.
Eventually Drew came back to me and said they’d arranged for Royal Mail to collect the cushion, and that my cushion would be dispatched.
I’ve got the cushion and it’s lovely.
Be warned - If Susie Watson Designs make a mistake with your order, they are ungrateful that their error was pointed out, they expect customers to do the leg work to resolve their mistake, when escalated the person didn’t want to help or be grateful that I was returning a cushion twice the price of what I’d ordered. They came across as unhelpful and rude.
I should have said nothing! Kept the cushion! But being Christmas thought I was being kind and helpful - Susie Watson Designs GET SOME CHRISTMAS SPIRIT and don’t be SCROOGE!

I have recently ordered cushions online in two separate batches. The cushions are very good quality and I am delighted with them. In addition the delivery service was excellent. I opted for next day delivery and both orders arrived on time, especially impressive given the Christmas period. So a big thank you from me and I will definitely be back for more lovely things.

I ordered 4 Christmas napkins. The holly motif is far smaller in reality and far less impressive. One of the napkins has a faulty edge and the holly motif is puckered. Customer service response is that they are handmade and therefore these faults are normal....they refuse to refund postage both to me and back to them.
Leaves me feeling disappointed with this company and unfortunately I won't shop with them again

I love Susie Watson pottery and have a collection of mugs but my daughter bought be one for my 60th bday and it arrived with a v faint crack which has become more apparent since drinking out of it. I contacted Susie Watson to be told they wouldn’t replace it. I’m pretty shocked that they think it’s ok to deliver faulty goods and not take responsibility. I was told I needed to tell them within 24hrs of receiving it, but this was a gift that I opened on my bday not the day my daughter received it. As most goods can be returned in 28 days I had no idea they would only respond if contacted in such a short time frame.
I’m really saddened as it was a lovely thoughtful gift and I now feel put off buying from Susie Watson again
If you’re thinking of buying pottery beware of getting it online!

Bought quite a bit of fabric from this shop and a silk velvet pillow which wasn’t cheap unfortunately the pillow was badly sewn and fell apart which was upsetting as I loved the colour. I do love the style and pattern design of Susie Watson fabric but unfortunately it’s not made to last. Perhaps if you live in a show home where nothing is touched or washed but not practical in the real world

I have always dreamed of having Susie Watson curtains in my home and the wonderful interior design team in the Harrogate store have made my wish a reality.
I felt valued and appreciated from start to finish; nothing was too much trouble and they worked tirelessly and efficiently, making little changes and fitting in extra visits to ensure I was happy. I wanted a crisp clean look to complement the white walls and grey furnishings which is not typical of the brand but we have achieved it and I am delighted. The icing on the cake was the person recommended by the team to fit the track and curtains. He was so professional and courteous and made them look perfect. My sincere thanks to everyone.

I bought the Jodpur stripe cushions for my conservatory furniture 2 years ago. They were over £50 each and i needed 12 so it was over £600 or thereabouts. Whilst i was delighted with them initially they have now really faded with the sun… living in Scotland there’s not much of it. Meanwhile cushions i bought from a market stall in Ibiza around the same
time and at a fraction of the price still retain their original colour. I would have expected them to last a bit longer than 2 years given the price. I recently contacted Customer Service for their comments but my email went unanswered. Customers should be made aware of fading issues before investing as they dont come cheap!
