My nan was due an upgrade earlier this year and Bennbrook made us all feel at ease with explaining pricing and procedures! When the day came to fit, we took our nan out for the day at 8am, by 12 noon the new windows were in and the place was spotless. Great effort from the tradesmen and office staff! Would highly recommend.

Bennbrook installed our sliding patio doors last week to a very high standard.

There was no pressure selling or gimmicks, just a good, honest price backed up by excellent service.

Avoid. We replaced our windows with this company; not a single one was fitted without defects, from minor to major. The company employed incompetent contractors and it took a lot of effort to get them to accept that the job was not carried out to acceptable standards. Eventually, they walked away from the whole thing.
It's also worth checking Companies House records and unresolved CCJ; the latter cost about £10 to £20 but could save you thousands.

Avoid Bennbrook Windows! This company owes money to five individuals who won their court cases against them. Instead of paying the compensation, they changed their company name to avoid paying. Please ensure to do thorough research before dealing with them. Blocking me on Facebook for telling the truth won’t silence me. I will continue to warn people about Bennbrook Windows and protect potential victims from your deceptive practices. Awareness is key!

Shocking Company.
The work they did for me was short cut and hide before I see.
Quality of windows and door are poor and the workmanship even poorer.

I had an issue with a particular part of the work done.
Instead of the boss coming to see me they sent round the tradesman so I could discuss his bad workmanship with him direct.
