Had an issue with being shipped the wrong color paint after ordering more to finish our project. Not only did they send the color that we did most of the project in complimentary but sent an additional gallon of trim paint and refunded the order. Plus the paint arrived within 48 hrs. Over and above customer service from this company. Plus they make an excellent product!

Convenient home delivery, but delivery time was disappointing
I love LG paints and normally purchase in France from a retailer with the mixing machines. Since they are situated a 2 hour round trip for me, I was happy to purchase on line and pay the same price including delivery. I was happy with the paint that arrived, but found the lead time (around 10 days) to be slow.
