I have brought items from Superdry on a number of occasions now. The quality is always good. My only criticism is the sizing frequently comes up small so buy a size up.

Aweful customer service. Bought a jacket and wanted to return because it didn't fit. Superdry doesn't have a clear return policy, the Aussie stores say they accept returns in 7 days only whereas online it says we can return in 28 days. Not buying anything online from superdry again.

Quick to ship. Love the product. However, I ordered on Superdry AU, a .com.au website (Australian domain name), paid in $AUD, yet when I received my credit card statement there is an additional "overseas txn fee" which I wasn't expecting. I have no idea if txn is for taxation or transaction. Anyway, I expected that on a .com.au website and paying in Australian dollars there shouldn't have been any such fee. Will make me think twice about purchasing again. Just a pity the closed Superdry store is 900kms away.

Delivery time was great & the product is great but that's it.
Customer service is non-existent apparently. I've emailed the company twice & have not received a single response. One was relating to missing data/ orders history in my profile, the other related to a return that I submitted.
Am very reluctant to purchase anything else online from Superdry until I receive confirmation of my return & receipt of the refund.

The quality is always perfect but you guys need to change your online system. Need to give more details about length , chest size, sleeve lenght, in short more details about cloth size

Very bad shopping experience
This is a very very unhappy shopping experience. The clothing is unsuitable. I post it back to get an exchange one in last month. However, after one month, I still do not get the exchanged clothing. I even have not gotten any confirmation mail in my e-mail box. Also, I can not log in Superdry AU with my old account. This is quite funny. I paid for my order, but I got nothing.

Great choices and great stuff. Will buy again for sure.

I purchased 3 shirts for my husband.
The material feels soft to touch and of good quality.
My husband really likes his shirts, comfortable to wear, fit true to size and look great on
Delivery was great as well, especially considering we live in the Pilbara, everything else seems to take ages, Superdry was here within the week!!!
Will definitely be purchasing from Superdry again!!

Super fast delivery to Australia, my son loves the t shirt and it fits well, we know to buy a size L in Superdry when in other shops he is M. Colour is a vivid neon pink.
