I had Jessica in Loughton Superdrug at first she did my eye brow threading and I’ve never had someone take so much time and attention to detail on my eyebrows! You can tell she really takes pride in her work. I then booked in a Korean lash lift with her and again attention to detail and ensured I was comfortable at all times. So warm and friendly would highly recommend

Great customer service
When I went into Superdrug, I was helped by a staff member called Jason. He was immensely helpful and tried his best to find the right products for me and my acne. He recommended 3 types of products for my skin, and even checked with 2 of his colleagues to see if they were suitable for me, based on my facial conditions. Since I didn't know which ones I needed, because there were so many options, he told me what his children uses to keep their skin healthy, which really helped. There were a few products I wasn't so sure of, and he talked me through what I needed to do if I was to buy that product. In the end, because of his tremendous effort, I managed to find a few products for my skin after endless searching. I am truly grateful to him and his fellow colleagues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone because he was so patient and hardworking.

Great selection and well stocked shelves in Southsea store. Nicola on the till was friendly and gave my daughter a free gift with her purchase which she absolutely loved - a makeup bag with Arianna Grande perfume.

I had a nose piercing. Carrie made me feel very calm and was super duper nice. She gave clear instructions for after care and made sure I would follow through with it to prevent any infections or damages. It's good to have nice people like this so you don't feel upset afterwards.

Washington Galleries Suoerdrug. I had a very poor customer service…
I had a very poor customer service experience at the Washington Galleries Superdrug when I visited at 6:30 pm today.
A member of staff was standing by the exit when I asked for help finding a particular product. She directed me to the aisle not moving and suggested I buy the Superdrug own-brand version in the yellow container. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it.
I looked around for another member of staff to help me, but there was no one available. I went back to the member of staff at the exit and asked again. Her response was, "I can see from here. I'm not allowed to move."
How many shops have staff who are not allowed to leave the exit to help customers? I have never had an experience like this before.
Unfortunately, I left the store without buying the product I came in for.
