Sent to wrong address and was told it's tough.
They sent to a completely wrong address over 70miles away and pretty much told me tough and to go get it myself. I have no way of getting to the address and obviously don't know the people, so ended up with no items and losing the money. Customer services refused to speak to me after a while. So I will never shop here again.

Once again I feel I have been ripped…
Once again I feel I have been ripped off by Superdrug! I shopped in the Bognor store this morning and picked up three products when I got to the till there was only one person serving who was helping a young couple with fragrance. She stopped serving them to serve the three people waiting but was very quick and didn’t really have much interest in anyone.
I paid by card and just tapped and left. It was only when I get home I saw two items were £2 dearer that the advertised price on the shelf.
Not worth driving back and paying to park for £4 but really not happy! I wonder how many people this happens to each day?
