I recently visited the Beauty Studio in Superdrug in Folkestone and was amazed at the choice of perfumes. I spoke to the assistant Chloe, who was so helpful in assisting me make a choice. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. It was a pleasure to shop there.

I wanted to leave a review to recognise the amazing service I received from Faith at superdrug.
From the moment I came into the store, Faith was so friendly, approachable, and welcoming. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.
What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. It's clear she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Staff members like Faith make people want to return to a store, and she's a real credit to the superdrug team.
I'd also like to say that everyone else working in the store was polite and welcoming too, creating a lovely atmosphere. Faith was the colleague who served me personally, and her exceptional customer service is what inspired me to leave this review.

Big shout out to Tameene the lovely store manager from Luton store 0849, who spent hours with me after I lost my phone. She arranged a new sim to be sent out and set up a cheap mobile phone plan for me. I could not have done what she done for me so quickly. Also a shout out to Rina yhe lovely assistant manager who helped set up my new phone for me. Both were really kind and friendly, and could not have help me more. There actions went over and above excellent customer service as I will not forget their the help I received, when I was in distress from losing my phone and not knowing what to do. A big thank you to you both you are diamonds.
