They are not genuine Apple AirPods. Box very marked and unsealed. The spare earbud attachments don’t attach. We have apple AirPods to compare them with and the attaching earbuds are a different shape.

These folks are brilliant & deserve every success. After 4 months I had to return a mobile & it was totally first class, posted back on Monday, refund by Pay Pal Tuesday & kept informed all the way. They'll be my first choice for my next techie purchase. I dealt with Holly & she has done a lot to restore my faith in human nature. I would recommend this team totally & hop e they enjoy every ongoing success, the sure deserve it going the extra mile

Never recieved laptop i ordered, was told 3 days for a refund and still not recieved anything 5 days on. This company said that the computers were down but they sell laptops. I had to go through paypal to contact this company as i had no reply. Update 18/10/2021 I have recieved an email from paypal stating i have won my case and that paypal have issued a refund which may take longer to get. This company i would avoid and go else where. I note from Holly's reply that the company refunded this but that is not the case. Paypal have sent confirmation that they went in my favour and paypal have refunded me. This company did not have enough money to cover my refund. Do not use this company.

I purchased reconditioned fitbits recently, they are in immaculate condition, great value for money and very quick delivery. I would recommend.

I had been shopping around for a new laptop for general use and found an Asus model that ticked all of the boxes and was for sale at Argos for a very good price. However it appeared they were out of stock everywhere. On doing a search for the particular Asus laptop, I came across StudentComputers.co.uk who had a 'refurbished' laptop for sale for a very competitive price. I made an enquiry via the online help about windows updates which was answered quickly. So I took the decision to buy the laptop, paying for three day tracked delivery.
The laptop arrived the next day, in the original box and in immaculate condition. There is no indication that the laptop has been used.
I have spent a few days getting used to the laptop, which is fabulous. I found Microsoft edge to be painfully slow, but downloading Firefox has sorted all of the problems.
Overall I am very happpy with StudentComputers and would recommend anyone check what they have before buying from a high street supplier.

Fantastic company and service. The all in one PC I purchased (advertised as A+ condition) was in pristine condition with no aesthetic marks or scratches at all... it looked brand new. The original retail box was also in perfect condition... I was a bit sceptical at purchasing a refurbished PC but took a gamble which more than paid off. I'm so pleased and saved myself £219 which enabled me to purchase a Microsoft 365 subscription.
Their customer service team was also very quick to respond to my questions prior to ordering. Ordered at 4:30pm on a Tuesday.... arrived at 2:15pm on Thursday. Even the DPD delivery guy who carried it up two flights of stairs was a delight... very polite and chirpy.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Student Computers.... top company in my book.

My Daughter was about to start 6th form with no laptop, so I explained I could get one from yourselves but it 'may take a little while to reach us' I ordered it, and it turned up the next day, surprised doesn't describe the service, it was cheaper than i could find it elsewhere and fitted her needs exactly. A lovely smooth transaction with no obstructions and great service, its all that was needed.

After being let down repeatedly by Amazon, was delighted to find wht I wanted on your website, at a better price, and it was delivered earlier than anticipated! I will definitely be bookmarking you for use again. Thanks

Fab service and fab lap top , exactly what I wanted and needed . I had used another site and had to sent the laptop and the extra monitor back , so was a little nervous about using another online site … obviously didn’t need to be as received my purchase quickly and it was exactly as described . Will use and recommend this site again

Initially disappointed with the service but they more than made up for it by replacing a non working laptop with a replacement instantly with no quibbles.
Pav and his colleague (sorry don't know his name) were very helpful.
I did have to visit in person because I couldn't get through on the landline number to try and address the problem in the first instance (this needs looking at)
I'm a few quid down on fuel but I had to sort this quickly for one of my children at University in Bristol.
Looks like the item got damaged in transit which unfortunately happens a lot these days.
I wasn't prepared to send it back in the post and await a replacement or repair
If the laptop stands up for a period of time i will use company again no problem.

Excellent laptop at a good price. Came within 2 days despite only paying for 5 day delivery. But there were sticky marks on the casing as well as more scratches than I expected.

Overall, good value but not special.

Computer arrived less than 48 goes after ordering it. Excellent condition, works brilliantly and a great price too.
