I bought an iMac from OurDeal back in 2023. My daughter and granddaughter have used it relentlessly ever since. However, they never did any admin and needed to set up a new account. They couldn’t find the original instructions for the admin account. I sent an email and within 30 minutes or so I had a response with all of information needed. Superb service.

First time I’ve used this company. I must say after speaking with tech guru Jordan on line about my recent MacBook Pro I was blown away. I’m not very tech savvy but this guy was amazing. I am a retuning customer after previously buying a MacBook AIR for my daughter for college and University. This purchase was for a MacBook Pro. I received fantastic advice from Andrew and Jordan who did not simply direct me to the most expensive model but have genuine advice based on my needs for my son also attending college but with more technical needs and reminding me that if it simply wasn’t what he needed it could be returned within 30 days as well as the 12 month guarantee. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Are they actually a scam company!!?? Do not buy, I am absolutely disgusted with the equipment, service and communication from this company. I was desperate for a computer so I could teach disabled people online for my not for profit. This entire “ordeal”has had a profound impact on myself and my students. I am still without a working Mac after sending it to Holland, then the uk. It must be a scam. I paid for a 2 year guarantee as I could not afford the risk and this was the biggest waste of my money, time and energy.

Delivery was prompt and the Macbook I ordered arrived in excellent condition. Setup was easy and there have been no problems so far.

Brilliant piece of kit bought and the wonderful iMac 27" speaks for itself.

Quick and efficient service

I had great problems paying, and eventually ended up paying twice - maybe an issue with PayPal or Barclaycard - but all is well and the 'extra' payment was refunded immediately. The computer arrive quickly and really well packaged.

There was only one item it was unable to boot up laptop sent it back and a replacement was recommended and replaced several days later

I bought a Macbook Pro which arrived a little late but that was due to Royal Mail, not Our Deal. The Macbook was in perfect condition but I didn't like the touch bar and I changed my mind about the purchase. I got in touch with Our Deal and they were very good about the refund so I packed it up and returned it.

Came across this firm by accident, had no idea you could buy reconditioned computers online. Ordered one for a third of the price of a new one. Had some minor issues with the mouse and the keyboard, which were quickly replaced. I am quite happy, in fact more than happy and would highly recommend. Thank you Jordon for your patience!
