I was charged twice from two different…

I was charged twice from two different companies so I couldn’t fight it through my bank. I got charged through StubHub when purchasing the concert tickets and then again through SpotHero when I went to park the car.

Easy process end to end

Easy to navigate site, easy to find tickets in price range, good estimate of what view from seat will look like, easy to pay, easy to transfer digital tix to phone.

I purchased tickets for Chris Brown &…

I purchased tickets for Chris Brown & Usher for July 5th in Detroit! I called them on Saturday letting them know my tickets were not in my account they stated they would make sure I’ll get my tickets or they would replace them! I live in Dayton oh, so Sunday I called to explain I still haven’t gotten my tickets, I did everything to prove I didn’t have my tickets! I also let them know I live 3 hours away so before I leave I wanted to make sure I had my tickets!! They said I will definitely have tickets!! So I rented a car drove 3 hours away & got a hotel room! They told me to call back @ 6 if I still haven’t gotten my tickets so I did still no tickets they told me to call back!! I call back they place me on hold then they hung up! So I called back by this time I’m HIGHLY PISSED!! They keep saying I used a different email to claim tickets but clearly on the email it says my email address can’t get the tickets I only use 1 email address which is attached to StubHub and Ticketmaster! I call Ticketmaster to see if they could do anything they don’t see what StubHub is talking about!! So it’s 7:00 the show is starting I still don’t have tickets they playing around I’m like please just give me another ticket at this point that’s your policy, mind you the time is passing so the ticket sales had ended I couldn’t get a ticket after I rented a car, drove 3 hours & got a hotel room!!

Easy to use to buy tickets except you…

Easy to use to buy tickets except you can't get lawn chair rentals. You need to know that and get those on Ticketmaster. Other than that, I had a bit of a problem retrieving the tickets once at the gate as I needed to sign in and forgot my password! Oy.

Rudest and worthless customer service

I had accidentally purchased tickets with a card associated with a debunked email account and had called to get assistance for switching the tickets to a different account. The first representative did little to nothing to help me, I could hardly hear her there was so much background noise it sounded like she was at a house party, and she was rude and vague. I hung up wondering if I had been scammed. When I still had no idea how to get my tickets, I called again (on a Thursday), and expressed my frustration and what had happened the first time I called. The second representative said she would push the matter along and she would personally call me by that Monday. I never heard from her.

I used a friend who works for a tech agency to hack into my old email account so I could finally get my tickets in time for my event. I still think the StubHub reps may as well be scam artists working out of their college dormitory.

Scam Company - Horrible customer service

I purchased over $900 worth of tickets from StubHub six months before the concert. Just two hours before the event, they called to tell me the seller no longer had the tickets. I spent more than two hours on the phone back & forth with “customer service”. Eventually, I was told they had found comparable replacement seats, that I would receive an email with the tickets, and that they would call me back to confirm everything was set.

Neither the email nor the promised phone call ever came. Instead, I had to call back repeatedly (at least 10 times) and received different answers from different representatives. Because they assured me replacement tickets were on the way, we spent $80 on an Uber and headed to the venue. Once we arrived, we were told there were no replacement tickets available after all and that the only option was a refund. The box office confirmed the concert was completely sold out.

This wasn’t just about the ticket price. Friends flew into town, we drove over two hours to attend the concert, paid for transportation, and made plans around this event, only to be turned away outside the venue. A refund for the tickets alone doesn’t make up for the time, travel expenses, and ruined experience.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Broken promises, poor communication, and no accountability. I would strongly discourage anyone from using StubHub.

“fan guarentee” not fit for purpose. Do not purchase tickets from here.

I bought a ticket and was sent a ticket with the wrong date on it. I would have thought it would be relatively simple to get a new ticket or a refund as their “fan guarantee” is meant to protect against this. 90 minutes on chat to an agent, and jumping through multiple hoops, they couldn’t resolve this despite it being “escalated”. I had to purchase a new ticket from the venue. Goodness knows if I will ever get a refund, but never again.
