StubHub U.S. and Canada Reviews 

We bought tickets in November 2025, to see the Blue Jays at Wrigley Field in Chicago, USA. We are Canadian citizens, so we planned an entire trip around that game! Flights/hotels and meals etc., flight out of Toronto, just to be at this game! Our tickets were STILL not delivered, before it was time to leave Canada. Stubhub assured us that the tickets were going to be delivered to us 3 HOURS before the game. We took that to heart and went about embarking to a different country, thinking everything will be ok. Stubhub cares, right???? Well… 3 hrs before the game, we still did NOT get our tickets!!!! StubHub then offered us others seats, that we knew nothing about. We were desperate, I mean, we were already heading to the Stadium!!!! Literally in front of the Trump Tower, trying to find the appropriate train to the field! We felt like there was no other choice, other than not attending at all! We quickly selected them, out of fear that we will miss the main event we went to Chicago for! The seats that ended up with… I don’t have enough words! Extremely disappointing!!! Constant foot traffic, muuuuch further away than the ones we had initially purchased and carefully selected (we selected directly behind the home plate, full and clear view of the entire field). The tickets that they offered, in the very last minute, and us, in a massive panic moment, again, we could not pass up not attending the game altogether, were by the left outfield, seemingly miles away than our original ones! That, again, we purchased in November, for a JUNE game! We had people walking by NON-STOP! We could not see ANYTHING AT ALL! Just the score board! Had to look up the highlights AFTER the game to see exactly which players scored and what really happened during the game! Neither one of us knew what really went on, who scored, got on base, etc. . When we explained everything to StubHub and sent them multiple pictures of our experience, they said there’s NOTHING they can do! No partial refund, no credit! NOTHING AT ALL! We have been purchasing tickets through them for many, many years, never had such an issue! Yet, they could care less! Extremely disappointed with StubHub! They do not care about customer satisfaction, AT ALL, WHATSOEVER!!! Just about their money and profits. We spoke with many agents, including a supervisor (apparently that’s as high as it can be escalated), and he didn’t even seem to try. Gave us lame excuses as “sorry you had a bad experience, but you did go to the game”. So, please, check your tickets before you book your vacation! You may end up having a terrible experience, if you just take their “trusting” word for it, that you will get the tickets you paid for!!!!!!! 8 MONTHS IN ADVANCE!

The concert was amazing and perfect. I have no words, other than I wish I got the ticket earlier. I know Stubhub cant control the time at which I get the resold ticket, but it's uncomfortable spending a lot of money and waiting to hopefully get the ticket.

Easy purchase with great selection offered to choose from.

It was vey trustworthy, my online negative experience was somethings are lost in translation from English to Spanish. The explanation on how to recieve the tickets its not that good it says wither or to options but the reality is different. Those instructions should be better

I spent $1200.00 on tickets to the Mason-Bell fight, only to get there, get seated, and 10 minutes later, was told I had to move to the back row because they double sold my tickets. Stub hub refused to refund me anything, only offered a voucher for a future event, like I would actually use them!!
They advertise 100% guarantee, but they are thieves!!

I was using STUBHUB for the first time.
The tickets were guaranteed and I had a chance to recieve them a little bit earlier (maybe 2 days bpt enough though, makes you nerveous).
I was quite encouraged and sure that I'll have my tickets.

The only trouble - ticketmaster transfer.
First of all - in my country this app doesn't work, and browser has huge issues with browsing ANYTHING.

Second of all - I had troubles with getting tickets -the ticketmaster app didn't show them correctly in time I needed.

So, I propose, it would be better that STUBHUB could have also these ticket QR-codes as a back up plan FOT THe FAN ), what would make a life of a fan much more easier and simple, without any nerves.

This company never should have been selling speculative tickets when the matches were first announced, or should have been more up front about what customers were getting. What saved it is that once the original seller couldn't come through with actual tickets, StubHub at least was able to shift another order to me and get me what I had originally ordered (or thought that I had ordered).

They changed my tickets on the day of the event and the new tickets for the same price were much worse placed. I had bought tickets in the shade and sheltered from the rain and I picked myself up in full sun.

All went according to plan. Perfect reception of tickets, etc.

All I can say is that it makes it very easy for me to order and have my tickets usually the same day or even within the hour of purchasing the tickets

I got lucky and received my ticket very early on. Received constant reminders to accept my tickets too.

We loved the show. Even though we were in the balcony, our view was quite good. Altogether, it was a great experience

I like the seating app . The pictures from your seat view make it easy to choose great seats . No matter your budget.

I should have checked prior, but the day off (driving to the event), I didn't have my parking passes. When I requested it via email though, they sent a reminder to the person and they sent them. Easy parking.

Everything went smoothly as possible.

The booking process was easy and clear. And the fact that StubHub gives a rating as to how good the deal is a gem of a tool! The process on how to retrieve the tickets was very clear and easy. The turnaround is based on how quick the seller reacts, but with the fan guarantee, I wasn't worried. I received the tickets in ample amount of time. Overall, fantastic experience! I will absolutely use StubHub again! :)

I was very pleased where I parked during my time at the game July 3ed Sacramento River Cats vs El Paso Chihuahua’s. My only complaint about the parking is that I and others could not get the parking pass down loaded. Therefore I used my receipt of payment as my pass. A young man approached a friend of mine and myself regarding not having a pass and they we would probably be cited for parking there. I presented the information I had, and he was very apologetic. He was a nice person. He asked me to hold on to my receipts just in case I should get a ticket. Hopefully not! Other than that everything was good. Please make down loading these parking passes easier for old guys like me. Respectfully Dan R. Ponder
