Tickets were great. Went with a group worked out well.

Stub Hub website was interactive, easy to use, provided excellent detailed communication and updates and provided insight to review available seating and selection. I liked the App and would highly recommend.

Smooth transaction. No issues at all.

This is my second time using Stubhub and I am pleased with how it works. When looking for a seat, I'm able to see the prices for each and whether we can sit together. The prices are reasonable. The added fees are a bit of an issue but not crazy. And, if I needed to cancel, I could list the seats back to sell them. The only drag is what if your phone doesn't work at the venue? I dropped mine in the parking lot but it was OK.

This was the first time I used StubHub and must admit that I was somewhat nervous especially since I didn't get my tickets immediately. However, the email with my confirmation/order number did indicate that my tickets would be available closer to the event or even on the day of the event and StubHub was true to their word. An email to retrieve my tickets arrived 2 days before the show but I'm not technologically savvy but my daughter is, so she downloaded my tickets and all I had to do was present them on my iphone at entry into the venue. Thank you StubHub for making my first experience easy and trouble-free!

constant communication was appreciated. Price was the cheapest

Everything went smoothly, from ordering the tickets to transferring them through the FIFA app. The entire process was seamless. My only suggestion would be to let customers know that the QR code becomes available in the FIFA app only about an hour before the stadium doors open. Knowing this in advance would help avoid unnecessary concern.

The instructions on how to pick up the tickets were wrong.

The ticket arrived a few days before the concert. The only thing was the wait. It was scary buying it, because you never knew if the tickets would arrive. But this time, everything was great.

The process of acquiring the ticket was easy. I enjoyed the show and the seat was fine. However, I think the service fees attached to the price are exorbitant. Way too high.

Great and Easy. Not that good through the app though.

It was a bit confusing when I purchased the ticket since it was in seat geek and I thought I was scammed. The Stubhub team assured me that there was nothing to worry about and that my ticket was in fact real. Being that there were so many issues with Ariana Grande Tickets I felt assured that I was safe. And I was!

The seller sent the tickets late, and the service representatives tried everything they can to contact the seller. One star was taken away because the service reps HAD NO MANUAL POWER to reissue or find me another ticket, which was very frustrating. They are stuck to whatever the system can offer.

Honestly, I was terrified it was a scam, that the ticket was fake, or that it simply wouldn't work when I tried to scan it. But I had no choice but to trust blindly, and everything went wonderfully well! I'll probably buy here again if necessary.

Excellent tickets with free access to great food

The process to order the tickets was easy. I only wish you could still be able to print out the tickets. I prefer that over having to be sure I can open the app and bring up the tickets on my phone. We had a lovely time at the ball game.

Was easy to get the tickets , the app work great and you can see you final payment with all taxes included , really does a big different
