Products are great quality

Products are great quality, really easy to you use the website and place orders. Everytime someone ask for a good backpack, I always recommend Stubble & Co, really great delivery service in recieving product.

I absolutely love the Laptop Tote by Stubble & Co

I absolutely love this bag. I bought the 20L Laptop Tote in Midnight, and honestly, it looks even better in real life than I expected from the photos on the website.

I was a little afraid that the bag might look different in person, but it is really cool. The style is exactly what I like: not too formal, not too sporty, but somewhere in between. It has this elegant city/underground feeling: stylish, modern, a little bit sporty, but still refined enough to use in a professional environment.

What impressed me most is the quality. The bag does not look cheap at all. The materials, stitching, zippers, and all the small details inside and outside feel very well made. You can really see that attention was paid to the design and construction.

For me, it fits my personal style perfectly. I work in a professional setting, but I don’t like bags that look too official or boring. This tote gives me that balance: it looks smart and elegant, but also relaxed, urban, and a little bit alternative. It really highlights my style.

Overall, I am very impressed. The bag feels practical, stylish, high quality, and unique. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Great quality bag, great service

Great quality bag in general. One of the clips to connect the shoulderstraps came off after ~1 year and Stubble provided me with a full new bag as they could not repair it. Now that is what I call great service!

Best bag ever!

I ordered the The Roll Top 20L very last minute before a trip away. It came super quickly and is the best bag I've had. It's very comfortable, high quality and fits so much in, whilst looking great! Really happy with it and will definitely be ordering again.

Great customer service

Great customer service! Responsive, friendly and helpful. Not a bot. The bag is also great - I wouldn't say it's the most beautiful thing - a bit sci-fi, but very practical and sturdy. Just not exactly chic. But then that's not what they're going for.

Amazing Service, Amazing Products!

Absolutely LOVE my Motion Sling 15L! It's so comfy, feels super premium and carries everything I need for my summer cycling commute. And it also looks fantastic - the red POPs!
The order went completely smoothly, got free standard delivery and received my bag in a couple of days.

Lost backpack and poor communication

Ordered my backpack two week before a trip. It got stuck in delivery loop, first delayed and then sent back to Stubble & co. No communication during this time about it being late, lost or why it was sent back.

Costumer support was apologetic and offered to send me a replacement. But that's the least they can do.
Nothing for wasting my time or the inconvenience.

Not a good first impression. i may change this after receiving my back pack, if i receive it.

Edit: 2 days later: They offered me 20% off and said they'll send a new one. Still no sign of my backpack.

Fantastic customer service.

Update:

The start of my experience was frustrating, with discount code issues, delivery delays and poor communication. However, after my review, Jemma from the Customer Experience team took ownership of the situation and resolved everything professionally.

I received a refund for the sale price difference, my replacement was arranged promptly alongside a couple of very kind gestures of goodwill for my experience.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality of the bag and it’s only fair to recognise when a company goes above and beyond to make things right. Thank you, Jemma, for the first class customer service.

Terrible service

I paid for premium next-day delivery on 23 June - Having not received a dispatch notice, I emailed their customer support to request an update. Daphney responded to say it will be sent today, no apology for missing the next-day delivery, no offer to cancel the order, and no offer to refund the next-day delivery charges. I'm away for the next 2 weeks, so I have no idea what will happen to the bag. I've reported to my credit card company for a chargeback.

You were right to expect an apology, clarity on your options, and a refund of your delivery charge, and I'm sorry none of that was offered.

I ordered the Motion Sling 15l on the…

I ordered the Motion Sling 15l on the 13th June 2026 with a 2-3 expected delivery time as advertised on their website.

As of the 24th June 2026 still no bag. Customer services were contacted and they informed me that the bag was on back order!!!

At no time did it state on their website that the bag was out of stock and this should have been explained before payment was taken. I find this type of action by companies to be very deceitful.

Lastly, the tracking number for Evri, that has been supplied by Stubble is not recognised on the Evri website????

You ordered on 13th June with a 2–3 day delivery expectation, and it was completely unacceptable that you weren't informed the item was on backorder before payment. You should never have been left waiting 11 days without a clear update, and I understand entirely why that felt misleading.

Regarding the tracking, we did experience a brief technical issue between our system and Evri's, which has now been resolved. We're sorry this affected your order and caused further confusion on top of everything else.

Quality customer service

I’ve had my stubble back pack 6 months LOVE IT. Buy your costumer service is amazing.
I had a slight issue with side zip. I emailed got a reply from the wonderful Daphney emails were quick and sorted within 1 day.
Daphney and a quality product will keep me coming back.

Great product, chaotic 'customer service and backroom operations'

So, the delivery was chaotic, the first despatch never arrived, the second arrived eventually.

I order multiple items, the item kept is great, my husband is delighted with his Waist pack.

I returned unwanted items in 2 shipments, which arrived with Stubble on the same day, one refund was processed within a week, the other (over a week later) is still yet to be processed and chasing emails whilst initially answered, are somewhat slow to respond.

I love the Roll-Top 15L, and even more the service!

I love the Roll-Top 15L. The functionality, the aesthetic, I think it stands above any other bag in this category.

I ordered one on June 7th 2026 expecting a 3-4 delivery day. There was a delay from the courier and I reached out to Stubble&Co. Daphney was so helpful and immediately arranged for a second express delivery to ensure I had my bag on time.

Fantastic company & products, and after being a customer also fantastic service!

I would whole heartedly recommend the products. Finding a nice laptop bag is hard and Stubble and Co have found the perfect blend of subtle style and comfort and quality! I hope you consider adding weatherproof jackets and dry robes to your profile. ☺️
