Ordering and customer service is great

Ordering and customer service is great. Your shipping company leaves a lot to be desired. There was never any update from them and the second order was taken to the wrong address, that is the first contact with them, as they whatsapp me that they needed a door code, so I sent them back a message that they are at the wrong address, as no door code was needed and gave them the correct address. Both packages arrived. Thank you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! FAKES!!!

We bought what we believed from all the pictures a Jellycat for our daughter, was turned up is a clearly obvious FAKE! Even the pictures on the website are a real one and they send some cheap knock off.

Bunch of scamming, dirty liars! Do not buy from this shop!!!!
