Really pleased with our parasol base and cover which arrived today. After numerous issues with trying to order directly from the manufacturer, the simple ordering and communication process with StovesAreUs was a welcome change! A special thank you to Karen, who was so helpful over the online chat and assisted with the delivery process - we’re very grateful to have our parasol up for the weekend!

This is a scamming company. they are trying to get me to pay for two units that they say was delivered. 4 months age. Only one unit was delivered and they raise this 3 month after delivery enough time for our CCTV to have been overwritten. they are relying on a delivery drivers information that does not show two units at my property. I took delivery of one unit. This harassment is not acceptable.

Your evidence as you put it is two photos of two different labels on the same box not two different boxes or two deliveries. Also the paper work has two items with exactly the same part number and serial number clearly a duplicate line. See you in court

I purchased the Cozze outdoor three-door kitchen unit with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The original order was lost by the courier and arrived a day late. More significantly, one of the three boxes supplied contained older stock that was not compatible with the other components or the assembly instructions. I reported the issue immediately, providing photographs to clearly demonstrate the problem. While the customer service team was always polite and courteous, resolving the issue took nearly a month and involved numerous emails and follow-ups before the correct replacement box was finally dispatched. The finished product is satisfactory (if not very time consuming to assemble as instructions are poor) but the delays, inconvenience, and lack of effective resolution mean I cannot recommend this company without reservation.

Waiting for a bbq cover they have had the money for 11 days still no cover still no response apperently they are waiting for a supplier if this is a drop ship item it should of been explained before purchase!!

Stoves are us, were very helpful. Also their price match, not only matched price from cheaper supplier, but beat ut by £10.
Contact was excellent through tracking of stove & delivered on time.
Highly reccomend....

Fab company had free mood lighting. The blaze right 1500 luxe fire is honestly unreal amazing. Looks no different to the 3k ones I was looking at

Ordered 4 separate Sahara outdoor kitchen units. All 4 units contained majority damaged panels. Stovesareus were unwilling to engage properly to deal with this issue.

Next day delivery was spot on and the driver dropped the pallets at the rear of the property, out of sight. Delivery was in May.
Fire now installed in the recently opened out fire place. All is good.👍

Dropped £4k worth of Traeger equipment on my front door. Given ZERO notice it was coming today. I’m now away for 3 days and they left the item with my visibly 6 month pregnant wife.

This is a typical company that once they have your money, they do not care what happens next. Managment have shown no remorse, not even called me back or even an apology. Complete scum bag!

I ordered a Double Egg chair and there were some issues with damage. Stoves have been nothing but brilliant resolving the issues for me. Fantastic customer service.

Bbq received quickly but without the cover. Received an email to say charcoal was delayed. Rang for cover and it was sent promptly. Thought we were missing a part, rang again and spoke to a helpful chap who advised where to look. Would definitely buy from again.

The barbecue was exactly as advertised and tge delivery was great.

Website made finding the correct gas fire a breeze, and the delivery time stated 3 to five days but arrived next day so what’s not to like😊

Completed exactly as advertised,a good price and delivery on time. Delivery man was very helpful and brought package into the house for me. Great 👍

Update - StovesAreUs have now resolved this matter satisfactorily.

My partner placed an order for a Weber Lumin Barbecue which they price matched to £599. This was the full size Lumin on a collapsible stand. After phoning a couple of days later we were told that the BBQ would be delivered on Tuesday June 2nd. Then a follow up email said July 2nd but we figured this was a typo.

Delivery arrived via DPD who needed help to get the BBQ off the truck so good job my partner was there. However once he got the box inside he noted it was not the correct model but the new model without collapsing stand. Phoned and was told they do still have it and would arrange exchange but today an email saying they no longer stock and have updated their website. Asked if we wanted to keep or collection and refund.

They’re selling it for £617 but you can get this model direct from Weber from Weber for £479 we went with collection and refund…collection isn’t until Monday. What a waste of time and now have to wait for the BBQ to be received and credited through no fault of our ow.
