The price of my stove was matched with on line prices and I was able to leave my stove there for the stove fitters to collect

Been looking to purchase a log burner for sometime for myself . I have looked at stove fitters website many times being a builder and making fireplace openings for customers found it to be a great source of information .so when i wanted to purchase a burner for myself they were the first people i went to i spoke to julian over the phone to take his advice on the fire to suit my needs found him to have a wealth of experience and knowledge and so easy to speak to . i bought the fire and flue kit was told a delivery date on which it was delivered on said date . really pleased with the fire not used many times as yet to rate performance still bedding it in but i'm sure it will be everything i want from a log burner i would recommend you use stove fitters warehouse if you are looking to purchase a log burner .

The kit was complete and in good condition. I had queries about the heat protection needed for my garden office walls. The team were helpful and understanding of my lack of experience.

there website tells me i can have an ebook but all it is is a link to subscribe to an email. this is a trick and lie, there is no ebook, but you will have to give your first last name and email and then get marketing ads. i dont like being trick. and i dont trust this company

Everything ok, from price match to liaising with the installer, who collected the stove fitted it and took away the old one.

They sent the wrong stove which meant that I missed my slot for the fitter. They promised that the courier would collect on 3 seperate occasions without turning up all the while withholding my refund. The incompetence of this company cost me time, money and a woodburner being fitted before the end of the winter. They seemed blazey about the problems they caused.

Firstly the price was massively cheaper than all other suppliers. Secondly the service was second to none. I called the number for advice and was given extensive help with my order which came really quickly. Would 100% recommend.
