Bought stove on Friday am, delivered Friday PM, flue etc arrived Monday. Fitted Tuesday. Winner.

Delivered on time for the fitter to fit on the day. Looks like an excellent quality product. Waiting to put it through its paces in the winter.

Excellent service. Kept informed all of the way even on delivery day. Stove was easy to set up and works a treat. Very economical with the fuel we have used so far. As advised there was quite a pungent smell when it was lit first time and this disappeared some time after we lit it a second time. Glad we also bought the shield as we are in a narrow boat, and it gives us some piece of mind, even though we are always vigilant when using the stove. Thank you.

Product arrived within the timeframe stated. The only issue was that the final leg of delivery required us picking up the product from the depot as no vehicle was available to deliver on a narrow country lane.

Cannot fault this company. We contacted them both before and after purchase - every time they were really responsive and helpful. That is a rarity with companies these days so it is so refreshing to come across one with good old fashioned values. They are so easy to get hold of someone to speak to. Best price we could find for our stove, ordered Friday evening & delivered on Tuesday. We rang to pass our details to courier as we can be hard to find, a very helpful human answered - no auto switchboard!! Stove unboxed for fitting yesterday & in perfect condition - great value & service from SFW.

First off I found the prices very competitive. I knew it was just one phone call delivery on Day expected the driver bought my stove to my back door which was packaged very well. certainly use again.
